I've been a loyal customer and helped relieve a cancer patient that passed a few months back with the professional assistance at the store. After coming in every other day and almost $10,000 in purchases last year, today is my last day coming in. I was told that the points can no longer be used on many different items that are priced 10-20% above every other competitor in the Atlanta area. It's too bad really, I enjoyed the staff and felt welcomed in the shop. It just no longer makes sense to come in if the point system has now been reduced to a few items only.

Always goes out of their way to carry products the customer wants close by and available, like their disposable vapes or various mood enhancers like Focus pills or Kratom. Wide variety of hemp products too. Very clean space, all of the locations, and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Love this place! The rewards program is great, the late hours are SUPER convenient. I don’t remember his name but the guy with long, curly, red hair is awesome! He’s usually there when I come in and explains products thoroughly and is super friendly. I always have good conversation whenever I come in no matter who’s working atm, and I think that’s what makes the place really great. Also since everyone who works there is a younger millennial/gen Z, I feel super at ease whenever I come in.
Oh, and the store is beautifully arranged. Love browsing the colorful pipe selection if I’m ever waiting to checkout.

Every time I walk in to Cloud9 I am greeted, and helped immediately and I usually end up having long conversations with the people working there as well. Very personable. Will go out of their way to help you. I highly recommend coming here! Reasonably priced as well(:

Well, what to say about this amazing store? I LOVE IT! Cloud 9 have been supplying me for at least 4 years. They have everything I need: papers, cartridges, vapes, filters and much more. Better than that is the fact that Cloud 9 is always bringing novelties and providing to its clients the best products. I can’t forget to mention about the staff. They are absolutely amazing, always very respectful and attentive with a great understanding about the products. I usually go in Kennesaw, where Jillian Bologna is always ready to attend me and knows very well what I want, always with great empathy and dedication. Don’t lose time on other stores, go to Cloud 9!!

Sometimes you have some great salespersons, and sometimes you have guys in their completely clueless. Nevertheless the only cloud 9 location I go to is on Old 41. In Kennesaw Georgia. The prices are good and the place always seems to be clean. They do recognize and prevent further spread of covid. Thank you guys
