Trulieve is one of my go to dispensaries. I have a local Trulieve dispensary in Florida that is wonderful. Visiting the Keys on vacation, I walked in so happy and left so disappointed. The lady checking me in was wonderful as was an older man who seemed like the manager. Both top notch! Once I got in the back though, the very young (and seemed very new) patient rep/budtender basically told me every strain I asked for was out even though their website showed in stock. Some he never heard of but showed available online. He kept trying to get me to try different strains I've never heard of. The manager did recommend one that was very good (reason for the extra star) but the stock selection was bare (not even close), the THC amounts did not match and the patient rep had problems ringing me up. Happy they have a place down there, but they need to update their inventory (which might be corporate Trulieve, so I'm not giving them all the blame) and definitely more training for employees. Really appreciated the ice cold water on a blistering day though.
