Nice large clean store but really no customer service. No smiles, no small talk, no feeling of welcome. I tried to explain I worked at Trulieve but no one cared. Did my exchange and left.

Vape cartridges gum up the works. No matter what form of paraphernalia you are using. they leak into the mechanism making it difficult to draw a hit. Furthermore there customer service could use some help. Never leave someone hanging for 40 minutes without an explanation.

Very nice location. That was my 1st going there so they had to put me in the system which took along time and then along time for them to call me back so I ended up leaving with out purchasing anything.

While I like the Trulieve product, I was not impressed with the wait time (30 minutes for a pickup order with only one person ahead of me) and the fact that one employee was so high, he couldn’t do anything but stare at his phone and giggle.

Got the officer orange flower and it has a great taste and Heidi in the front desk surely brighten my day up with her positive energy as well as the budtender seje who also was very positive and very knowledgeable on the products

The staff is knowledgeable and way helpful. From entering to getting your things. The main objective I've seen with Davis, Heidi, Jeff (maybe Jason?) and the two gals I've forgotten their names are always there with helpful products to try to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. They have even gotten me to try new things and be adventurous.
