Went in today for the first time, from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed & comfortable.Very clean and nice dispensary. I got the pleasure of being paired with Micheal Young he was super informative of each product and the difference between them to see what would fit best for my needs. He was patient through all my questions. I’m a local and have worked in customer service management for almost 10 years down here, his customer service is on point!! Will defiantly be back! The experience was to say the least eye opening. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and truly made me feel like they cared about my thoughts and feelings. They made the process so easy by Patty and Kharla almost literally taking me by the hand and walking me down my path. They have such a wide variety of products, it blew me away I was almost overwhelmed. But Patty took every question i had and gave me more information than i could have hoped for. Not only do they have a large selection, the product is top notch. They have something for everyone. So I could go on and on about how comfortable and great this place is but I'll just say that I walked out of that building a little wiser, a lot happier, and ready for my return trip.

Great products. But supper slow service. I arrived on a morning 4 minutes before they opened (1st in line) to pickup an online order. 8 minutes later they opened. I didn't get served for 25 MINUTES! I WAS FIRST IN LINE! Although there are times I've waited 40 minutes. Plus they put the store on Duval st. Locals hate going to Duval st.

I always leave with a smile every time I visit the Southernmost Trulieve in the United States! There are too many great employees to list them all. The front desk staff are efficient and friendly and the consultants are extremely knowledgeable about all of Trulieve's product offerings. Great job guys!

The cashier kyle gave me the best service out of anywhere ive ever been too! Was very helpful and got me what I needed. Will definetly be back, this man deserve a promotion/ raise!
