I have been four times. My favorite people are Ismael and Maddison. They are a great asset to the Rooted Store! Ismael is so calm and nice and helpful! My husband and I love him! He knows a lot of information about what the store is about. Now my Maddison is smiling all the time and she has a great personality she helps making you understand what is good for you and what you might like! I love her as well. I’m a total stranger but those two alone made me feel like family. Don’t let those great kids go give them a raise! Good employees! Great store won’t go anywhere else ever!!

Robert definately needs to practice his customer service skills and maybe act like he likes his job. He also needs to listen to his customers questions and give the correct answer before they find out at the register.
