Ive come to terms that it's better to pay more for a good product than to buy from here. I buy their carts by the 8 when their on sale (twice already) and it never fails at least two don't work. When I have brought it to their attention they just say "sorry." Where the customer service?!! Also their "top shelf" product has been dry as of late. It's a gamble buying from here. At least the staff is decent .

These guys are great and let me tell you why… so there I was headed down to the dispensary…i had an awful day just prior to ending up here. You see, I placed an order with strawberry fields - they are next door to Rooted and equally as awesome but what stood out about Rooted was the personable and friendly , laid back just happy to be who so gracefully allowed me to come in and use their atm and this was after i went to pick up my original order at strawberry fields. When I arrived at SF they were also very personable. I always ask for the atm so I can pull cash for the purchase but theirs was down at that time so they suggested to go next door and ask the Rooted guys , their competing business. So, There I was just as socially awkward asking to use their atm kinda expecting a no go but nope just super friendly so to show my appreciative I purchased a pipe in which to smoke. The budtender was so cool that he gave the pipe I was trying to buy to me for free if I’d so kindly post a review! Well here it is, seriously made my day better
