Love this place . I ended up with the same budtender more than once and he is always so helpful and takes time to explain things . I will always continue to go to Rooted not just for the great product but the amazing service and in my opinion service trumps everything.So if your looking for great service and product this is the place to be .

Updated: 2/18/2022... Customer service has gone wayyy down. The young men that work there keep people waiting without addressing them at times. Not always the best service or attitudes from the employees.
