Mixed Up Creations Aurora is honestly the show Cheers just in real life. Any questions I have are answered to the best of the ability of the employees. I've been to many Glass shops from the east coast to Colorado. These people are the TOP GUN ( best of the best) of glass shops. I've also gotten to know the manager and staff members and they care about every guest. That being said it is in this day in age of instant gratification. It's SUPER important to take your time, like with everything in life we all have different styles and techniques of what is the best system for each individual person. And I appreciate that everyone at this store takes the time for every single guest that walks in. There hasn't been a time where I haven't seen a single employee not care about each guests needs. This is the place to be and leave feeling better knowing full well you have the best equipment. And hell you make some new friends in the process . What's not to like? Give em a shot I promise you won't regret it. Cheers everyone and take care.

I went to this store on Thursday this week and bought a battery for my vape set up. When I got home and opened the package, the battery button was stuck and would not come on. After some wiggling around, I was able to get the battery to turn on. However, it continued to malfunction and even stayed on after the button was depressed. I obviously wrapped it back up and got it ready to return to the store, with receipt in hand. I went on Saturday afternoon to return the device for just a straight exchange. The employee, who honestly had done a great job at selling me on Thursday said he would have to ask his manager if there "was anything we can do". Once the manager, Rachael I believe, finally came out onto the floor, she said "nope, you'll have to contact the manufacturer to get a new one. Our policy has changed." Now, the manufacturer says: "we will not honor the warranty because you did not buy the device directly from us". So, All Myxed of Aurora has lost a customer, and the additional customers I bring with me. I know: no one really cares, and you're talking about a cheap a** battery, bro! The point is customer service. In a time when I can get the same thing ALL OVER DENVER, or even cheaper online, and delivered to my door, you would think a retailer would be doing more to maintain customers. As I read through the comments, I see a lot of the same complaints. I also see the store trying to "make amends". However, the correct time for amends is when I went back to the store with an issue, not after you've been put on blast online. And, if there are that many issues with seemingly one employee, why is she....well, never mind, not my store, not my business. Anyways, buyer beware. Just because this is a legal enterprise doesn't mean they'll act like it at the store!
