I just returned from my first visit to your store. Rachel sold me my first vape. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I can't wait to try her banana Muffin concoction! ( Chemistry is our friend!) I will see you-all on play day (4-20) Peace - Uncle Randy & dragonfly (0\®/0)

Purchased THe Can vaporizer from Myxed Up in March 2017. The heating element finally failed after I moved out of state, but I was able to work with them and CannaVapor to send it to CO for repair. Just got it back, and it is as good as new. It was totally worth the investment. I also purchased some GlassLabs 303 pipes, and they are the best.

Really really bad service as well as zero knowledge about what it is I was coming in for. I was just met with responses such as "uh huh, yeah, I feel that". I walked in with full intention of walking out with what I needed. I just needed steered in the final direction without hopefully wasting my money in the process. That definitely didn't happen.

Ended up walking out with a $100 dab box that I am superrr unhappy with. Firstly there was no instruction manual with the device & it is not on the product website so figuring out how to get the best out of the device has been a nightmare. I also have since found out that this product has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Something that also would have been nice to know about. When asking about the price difference between the two I was simply given a break down of the visual difference. Except, before walking in I had already been doing that on the website for some time myself. I knew what I wanted by the salesperson just had no idea how to get it done.

Ultimately just overall failure of an experience. I am sure buying something simple like glass here is easy. But they had no knowledge of what I was asking and they weren't comfortable admitting that. They were much more comfortable with me just wasting $100. Something that is hella lame and something I don't feel would have happened somewhere else. Simply stopped here because it was right down the road from where I live. Big mistake.

Two stars because they get an entire star due to the size of the store.

Went back in to get a solution. Asked to talk to Rachel like instructed but she wasn't in, So I spoke with someone who I think maybe was the asst. manager but I don't know for sure based on his response. Knew what I wanted but they were more comfortable giving me money back. Asked if I could just get the version of the product that WASN'T discontinued, and was responded with.. "well, we have the parts for the discontinued version"... I directly told them the solution I would have been most happy with and their only response was "you would have to pay the difference" .... I just got sold on a discontinued product days prior and now am trying to get up-sold? Nah. that isn't quite how customer service works... The salesperson just didn't understand that if they had let me exchange mine as an even exchange I would have HAD TO COME BACK IN TO THEM TO BUY SUPPLIES & COILS FOR IT.

They had the chance to make an unhappy customer a repeat customer, but they would rather just lose a customer altogether.

I've been here a few times now. Each time I was warmly welcomed by Rae. Honestly her hospitality is the reason why I keep coming back to this location.

Every time I've visited this store I've always felt welcome. Been coming for almost two years now and many of the employees recognize me when I walk in. On this occasion I came in looking at dab straws, and Darius took fantastic care of all of my needs. Definitely going to continue shopping at this Myxed Up for many years to come.

The shop is very beautiful the people they were very friendly the manager of the store Rachel is super Duper helpful especially with Vape things this is the only place I will be shopping in the future and only place I should’ve been shopping to begin with will definitely be coming back again thank you guys so much

Love this place! Everytime I go there, I am treated well. Staff knows what they are doing and knows their products. I get clear answers to my questions and are all just good people. Met the owner twice and both times, I felt appreciated as a customer and was treated like an old friend. This is my first time ever taking the time to do this. THAT'S how well I've been treated

Both mixed up creations I stopped at wasn't that helpful I loved the shirts and some prices were nice but they seemed agitated about grabbing pieces for me to see. If I'm looking to spend 80/150 I feel you can pick up what ever I tell you to and let me see don't act frustrated that I wanna continue to look.

*Update 05/2021 I'm not sure why they can't keep TheCan hoses stocked here? They are always out & when they do get some they sell out right away, & the other stores get restocked but not this store?
I've been a Mixed Up customer of the original Colfax store for over 20 years, so much so that the owner and manager give me a 10% discount. I don't expect THAT at THIS store, but I was disappointed when they let me leave without giving me a free packet of screens to go with my new purchase. And when I went back, the guy remembered that he hadn't given me screens, and I still had to pay for them. Is this a new policy of not getting a complimentary screen pack to go with your hardware??
