Just left Myxed up in Aurora and let me tell ya... These people are awesome man they were more than helpful and even sang happy birthday for me! How awesome is that and they made sure I was taken care. Didn't catch the two lady's names but the guy Austin who rang me up was just as great

My husband and I are frequent patrons here and most of the employees know who we are when we come in. We usually come in twice a week and spend over 100 dollars everytime. Here lately we will only come in when PJ or Rea are working because they know exactly what we want and know what they are talking about. We dread coming in when we have to deal with the store manager Rachel. We had to bring one of the metta hemp carts back because it was not working right by not bring the vape up the chamber and just pushing it out the bottom where the battery connects to the cart. Rachel was the only one to help us and tried saying that we weren't using the right battery but it is the same battery we have been using with them and has worked perfectly. Pretty much we went back and forth with her trying say it was are fault it didn't work right. We then came in today to exchange a clean af cart that didn't work and ended up dealing with Rachel again that exchange went a little better but while we were getting more cart she blatantly told us that the firing pin was missing in the metta hemp cart we had just exchanged and we are to blame for that and it wasn't a manufacturing defect and that our battery must have been so sticky it removed the firing pin. Now if we a regular patrons and she treats us like that imagine how she acts with others. I have heard people come out complaining about you need to get a better manager, especially one that knows the product and not have to Google it everytime someone has a question about it.

Great place to shop. They have a nice selection of products, not just glass but tee shirts, vape supplies and more. Always greeted with a Hello at the door and feel welcome in this chill environment.

Instead of having the flower displayed in glass canisters side-by-side each other, I was shown small samples and small containers one at a time. I like to see and compare side-by-side. Also nothing had very goadd very good percentages. The highest THC percentage I saw was only 17%. I felt like the prices were kind of high for the level of service.

Easily the best experience I’ve had in any if not most establishments because of the hospitality the employees showed. I definitely recommend coming here for a variety of unique and fair priced tools and pieces!

The girl rachael did not wrap my glass pieces in bubble wrap causing my quartz banger to break and my bowl piece to crack. i can’t make regular trips as i live an hour away from this location. was a nice store but very unprofessional on her part.

Darius was super helpful and extremely friendly, I am an extremely picky customer who has trouble making up my mind. The store has excellent selection in a variety of styles, all properly priced accordingly. Will definitely be my new home away from home.

We needed a new battery for our vape cartridges. As soon as we walked in, Beatrice, was the most outgoing and helpful. She knew exactly where the best product was.

In my opinion, this is definitely the best head shop around. Their selection is great and the service they provide is top notch. I spoke with Darius who gave me with a deep discount when I told him I could not afford my choice of glass. I'm very impressed with this store and its staff.
