I spent $500 on a delivery. There was an item missing in my delivery and they basically said “too bad”. Not using this place again.
Edit: to the response below from medithrive: Please do not gaslight me. I left this review before receiving a call that you would all of a sudden have no problem replacing the “lost” item days later after I left the Bay Area. I understand you are trying to save face publicly on google with your response, but it’s extra terrible to make your customer look like the bad guy here.

I came in twice. The first time they were grouchy and had problems matching reality with the website's menu. The 2nd time I visited I had a major problem with a young woman there. I'm near 60 and was about to become a regular but she treated me like I was a street urchin trying to work a scam over what I was calmly explaining was a discrepancy with my bill. It made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We walked out and obviously never returned. Too bad. The customer is not a jerk. If the staff here thinks otherwise, then I'm glad there are plenty of other dispensaries.

Friendly, helpful staff that is quick to suggest deals that are actually beneficial for your wallet. Can't speak to the quality of goods (not an expert or conisoure by any means), but the offerings seem comparable to other dispensaries I've been to. Also offers great hours and free delivery (their delivery is painfully slow though and they won't come to your door, they make you meet them outside).
