Update : The customer service is terrible
how do you ban a Costumer for the rude behavior of the manager. Placed a delivery order a few weeks ago and was immediately contacted after placing the order. Never happened to me before unless an item was sold out when it comes to dispensaries. I formed a manager I did not get a payment link and he treated me as if My delivery was a prank which is confusing it’s never happened to me before. When I come here I come for specifics and I always make sure I tip the bud tenders. instead I was greeted with rudeness. I didn’t remember the situation until I looked it up. I come to get a flower that I find that only this dispensary has in the city and I’ve been banned. This makes no sense an actual altercation never even happened. Nothing happened for me to get banned it’s just terrible customer service terrible management. This is supposed to be a place for medical patients as well!

I have gotten some pretty decent flower here but the person who answer the phone here are very rude hung up on my face … it’s sad because they claimed to be the manager !
So here is what happened
I was ordering delivery they called me to confirm my delivery order( they weren’t sold out of anything and it’s not my first time delivering from them so it’s weird that they called but I went with it). And when I told them their paytender did not send me a link to make a payment. The person claiming to be the manager was just extremely sassy he didn’t listen to me saying I’m on the website and it’s showing me an old payment from back in March not the current one I just made a few hours ago.Instead I was met by a tone as if he was speaking to a child and he said to me OK so the first thing you wanna do is make sure that you’re on the website. Very discomforting !I don’t think the situation was that deep but how is the person that is the manager acting like this

A flat out joke. I would give this place no stars but it won’t let me. Was my first time and only time ever using this place. Waited up almost all night to receive something about my order and never did. Flat out wasted my time. Claim they tried to call me about my order and never received a single phone call but they received a message about me trying to cancel it. Please help me understand this mess. I now know where not to go to.

Great products. Great prices. Had some issues with my last order as they were down two credit card readers but was given a nice discount for my trouble. I will continue to use MediThrive for sure. They also have a great customer loyalty program.

Had a great experience ordering from meditative. Love the fact they confirmed my order and kept me posted on status of delivery. And the driver was so nice. I meant to tip him but I forgot to grab it off my dresser when I went to meet him downstairs.
