That is completely false. I received a phone call from a manager who called me very rude . To confirm if the order that I placed was intended to be placed. When I said yes and when I asked the manager how I can get a correct payment link because the one that I was sent by the company was dated back in March. When events took place in October I was a bit confused when the person was rude I figured maybe they had a bad day I asked to talk to manager and they said they were the manager. When I showed up in person I completely forgot about the situation in a different manager said that there was no note on my account that said why I was banned and that they did not know. Both of the manager and security guard confirm this. Profiled and bully me.

Update: Fast forward 7 or so months and most of the reliable and knowledgeable staff is gone. The few that are left seem to be stretched entirely too thin. The delivery wait times are ridiculous at the moment; I'm talking 3-4 hours after you're called with a 2 hour window. This WAS my go to and they have always treated me well and had impeccable customer service but things are changing very quickly and not for the better.

I was very impressed at how nice this place is inside. It is clean and well lit and the display cases are beautiful. I came here because they have a particular strain that I like. It was my first time at this dispensary. I was approached immediately by a very friendly staff who offered to help me. I told her what I was looking for and she knew what I was talking about and got it for me right away. I had a couple of other questions and she was able to answer them and help me get exactly what I needed. Price was fair for high-quality product and service was top-notch

First in store pick up was cool. Associate at door was super nice and chill. Remember cash only! Second round did a delivery. Got a call to confirm the order which I personally appreciated. Driver showed up when expected and was a super seamless process.
