Show up the staff decided to close 40 mins before the time listed on the store which is 10pm. Management should update their times or workers decided to turn away customers due too wanted to leave early, unprofessional.

Was back at Haven today and appreciate the assistance from Ruth. She was able to help me select two varieties from looking up my past purchases for me. Very friendly and informative. Staff was very helpful. Offered to grab everything I was looking for. This is very nice, because I don’t have to worry about a bunch of hands touching the items I bought. I overheard an employee behind the register assisting a first time customer. She was very kind and patient with her. She asked her a lot of questions to help her find the right strain. I really appreciate this because she didn’t just upswell their most expensive products. This Haven location has the kindest and most knowledgeable staff. I always feel supported and safe to talk with the employees here about anything I'm feeling anxious about. Emily goes above and beyond to help me and get me the products I need. She keeps me coming back and is always rocking such a positive attitude to everyone she comes in contact with. I highly recommend this dispensary. Long Beach is lucky to have this place and to have Emily on their team.

Clean, great, easy shopping experience. Staff could tell me about all products and that's so helpful w so many cannabis products available. I love being able to shop independently, too but having a helpful budtender too present and ready to answer my questions was reassuring. Isabella was awesome. If youre in the LBC Haven is your place.

This place is awesome. Love coming here. They are so welcoming. They help you with everything you need. Mi amore kind of time. (It’s their chocolates man) The Middle Eastern Asian woman helped me. I didn’t catch her name because we were laughing and having such a fun experience plus they were so busy she had to pop to a another customer. But definitely going to keep going back there.

Two stars for the guy who took over registration when I left. He was unwelcoming and harsh for seemingly no reason.
