The Haven Downtown is amazing! It is by far the best in Long Beach. Everyone here is so friendly from the second you arrive. The location is clean, bright, and welcoming. There are such good vibes here and it feels safe. Emily always helps me out. She is so kind, has the warmest energy and always goes out of her way to make customers feel better. She is knowledgeable, patient, and always helpful. I knew when I visited for the very first time that Haven would be my new spot. Thank you Emily and the Haven crew!

We came here for the first time today, and this place is excellent. We were immediately greeted when we got in, and offered water bottles, which I thought was a great touch. The front room had neat merch and really great art on the walls, which I learned were all local artists. When we went in Aimee worked with us and helped us get just what we were looking for. She was informed, polite, and super friendly. Not to mention she was sure to let us know which deals were available, which I always appreciate. Their selection was extensive and high quality. It’s the type of place where you can feel comfortable buying a cartridge because you know it’s going to be legit and not homemade in branded packing (looking at some other dispensaries I’ve been to). Overall, an awesome dispensary that has quality products, good customer service, and a cool little vibe. I’ll be back here again!

All the staff is very friendly, very informative and a warm greeting is guaranteed. The security is also professional and competent but not obtrusive. I love this place. It's my go to spot.
