Shaye was fantastic! Down to earth, friendly, and she even let me vent a little bit about a personal issue (not related to Haven). Great human! Probably the kindest person across all of the Haven shops I’ve been to over the past year. THANK YOU!
On a side note not related to her, Haven really needs to figure out this credit card situation and they need to make it easier for the student discount to auto populate. I’ve spent a lot of money with this chain and they need to get their technical stuff together. Customer experience and UX in the digital age is important! Eventually these obstacles will drive me elsewhere for a majority of my cannabis purchases (like MedMen).

I love this place. It’s like a beautiful candy store with no kids allowed. Seriously though, the selection is INSANE, literally a bud for everyone! During my most recent visit I was helped by Veronica, who def knew her stuff, and helped me make a way better ($ and greenery!) purchase than I’d initially planned on. Best dispensary in Long Beach, hands down. Made a quick visit today for just a pre-roll, when Faraah, the lady who helped me, informed me of my accrued reward points. So not only did I get a delicious Presidential strawberry pre-roll, I got a free cartridge as well! Seriously just love this place
