decor was amazing and had a wonderful experience. I spoke with Jennifer and was beyond impressed by her helpfulness and keen insight on the products. 10/10 would recommend this place for anyone interested in or looking to get medicinal marijuana.

I have chronic pain from years of issues stemming from neck surgeries, knee damage and recently tendonitis due to a car accident. I have used holistic and conventional medicine. I prefer to use holistic medicine most of the time and trust in those who are professionals and often seek their guidance when trying a new product. I went to Synchronicity Holistic seeking just that after reading and hearing all the hype about this new dispensary that had opened. I was really hoping for some relief in my pain and wanted some information and to purchase some new topical creams. The first person that helped me could not answer basic questions such as "how many doses in a 30 ML bottle?" without going to some back room while leaving me at the counter to ask the owner Valencia (I know this because she told me she was asking her). When coming back she still had no idea how many doses I would get out of 30ml bottle of topical pain cream with a $50 price tag it to boot! I have tried other products and really wanted to know more about alternatives. While she was scrabbling another woman (still not the owner) came over to try and help and literally put the lotion on her own hand had and told me it felt like 1ml so I probably could get 30 doses out of it. Now this may sound trivial to most but when you are needing to dose 3x a day this could get costly. Basic questions un answered. I also wanted to know what the carrier oil was as I don't use palm oil and needed to know before making a costly purchase. Again, no clue and she had to go to the back to ask the owner again. She returned to tell me it was all THC/CBD oil (all lotions and creams have some sort of carrier oil such as coconut, sesame, palm, etc) and I actually ended up showing her the ingredients that it was coconut oil. Basic questions unanswered and I haven't even dove into the specifics about the dose being a 1:1 or 1:2. I did not have the time to keep waiting for this woman to run back and forth to the owner to answer my questions. I went to this new dispensary because I have read in the Weekly and Pine Cone that they had all top medical professionals. I can tell you personally this was not the case and do not waste your time. The people who are working here may have medical credentials but have no business in the holistic field of medicine.

This welcoming, upscale, and beautiful medicinal cannabis wellness center is staffed with a pharmacist, nurses, and patient educators. My experience was terrific. I learned so much and am able to finally find alternatives to prescriptions that have side effects that don’t work for me. Outstanding customer service.

Went there on Sunday hoping to have the same great experience I had in July. Unfortunately One of the main Sales persons was not wearing a Mask.
After waiting 5 mins. at the entrance I asked another young woman working there why there was someone working in the store without a mask. I even asked if perhaps the person already had Covid. The young woman just shrugged and finally said she didn't know. Masks are legally required indoors. Bc. I am a senior, I had to leave immediately.

I tried pot once in high school and had the WORST experience ever. I was really hesitant about trying any of it again but after meeting the owner, i knew i was in safe hands. She promised she wouldn't get me high, but would rather help calm my anxiety through CBD. I tried CannaKids cause I figured, if its safe for kids, its safe for me. I'm super happy I opened my mind as I am living my best life!!

Walking into the 'shop?' 'Cinic?' was heady and aromatic. I definitely felt it cld be capable of causing a contact high. A very competent RN took her time listening to my complaints and advising me of various remedies of the "medicines."

Synchronicity Holistic is a State of the Art Cannabis Wellness and Education Center. In time, I'm sure this will be the new DEMAND for ANYONE looking to use cannabis to heal their mind, body, and soul. Education is key to Success and Education is the focus at Synchronicity Holistic.
