Kendra is exceptional on a consistent basis. Her positive energy is contagious and she makes me feel heard, seen and valued. She is incredibly knowledgeable in regards to all the product and able to make recommendations based on your needs. That being said, I have felt this way with every individual who has helped me here. I have walked away from each of my interactions here having learned something that contributes positively to my overall wellness.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would I almost want to make another account just to give another 5 star review. The employee’s actually care about the patient and give real reviews on products and always guide me in the very best direction I always walk out 300$ Spent every week because let me tell you the ladies who work in this awesome place are persuasive and always happily talk me into more some type of sorcery if you ask me I’m not sure but I like it and I will continually give my business to this place

I had such a great experience here. With no prior knowledge of anything in the cannabis industry, I had the best lady, Jen help me! She pointed out amazing supplements to use for my anxiety and inflammation issues. I went with the Level THCV pills, topical cream, and Cann drinks. I was really impressed with Jens customer service skills and how cheerful and kind she was. I will definitely be coming back! Hopefully while Jen is there to help me.

JEN knows what she's doing!! I brought my friend visiting for the month into the shop and she was nervous to try cannabis again because of a panic attack she suffered. Jen listened carefully, asked lots of questions and guided us to the PERFECT combination and amount of products. She gave us a couple edible drinks and told us to go watch the sunset with them and let me you, we haven't laughed and had so much fun in the longest time. My friend told me it felt so good to laugh hard like that again and it nearly made her cry to release all that joy and to feel so light again. We can't wait to go back and see Jen again, we completely trust her instincts!

Kendra was amazing. Honestly she is probably the most knowledgeable person I have ever met about cannabis. She also helped my mother who has no experience with cannabis what so ever. She made recommendations on products, and a whole dosing schedule. Thank you so much!

I typically don’t write reviews however about 18 months ago I was traveling with a work colleague and his girlfriend. I was complaining about my back pain and joints after playing a round of golf. They asked if I’ve ever tried CBD for pain, I was quite skeptical but tried it and it literally changed how I manage pain. I’ve been playing competitive golf for 32 years and it has taken a toll on my joints and back. I can categorically say without CBD I would not be able to swing a club or play competitive golf. I would like to personally thank my work colleague but more then him is his girlfriend Valentia Valentine who has a vast knowledge and understanding of all the CBD products. Golf is more enjoyable without back or joint pain. Lastly, if you’re experiencing pain I would strongly recommend taking the time to spend 10 minutes with Valentia and she will change your view about how to manage pain with CBD.

Staff was kind and friendly, but the store itself is as confusing as the roads are in Carmel! Not much stocked, ended up having to go elsewhere. No management was available, and it shows.

Hands down the nicest dispensary with the most knowledgeable staff I have ever been to...and I’ve been to a few dispensaries. Along with being knowledgeable, everyone was extremely nice and inviting, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. If I could spend all day in there I would. I think synchronicity is the perfect place for the older generations of Carmel who are new to cannabis or want to try alternatives to big pharma medicine. This place is exactly what Carmel needed.

This is a is a beautiful boutique dispensary with high end product. The owner, Valentia is not a cannabis salesperson but a dispenser of knowledge about cannabis products and the cause and effects. Not only is she knowledgeable but the entire staff is also very well informed.

i had surgery and I found i was having trouble sleeping and and I had on going pain issues. Within a matter of several days Valentia was able to provide substantial pain relief and I was sleeping soundly through out the night. She intuitively knew what to adjust , eliminate and fine tune all within a very short period of time.

i am so thankful for Valentia and her entire staff and feel very welcome, when I need to return for additional assistance!

This is by far the best establishment of its kind I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Not to mention the place is gorgeous, classy and inviting.
