Quite literally the most educating and delightful dispensary experience to date for myself and my girlfriend. Aside from being one of the most eloquently designed dispensaries in the country, the knowledge of their “budtenders” went above and beyond expectations. Personally, my interest in the cannabis industry has been for medical and health rehabilitation to which I was perfectly catered to by Jennifer. The genuine care for health and happiness for its customers was projected the entire time; I would highly recommend this experience to everyone and anyone who is curious & willing to start their Holistic journey through cannabis!! 10/10

I’m so happy I found this shop, it has some great weed, edibles, and it’s tincture heaven. The store is beautiful and always clean. the staff is extremely welcoming and informative. My favorite part about going here is Kendra. I moved up north from LA and had a hard time finding someone who can really recommend good weed up here. Most people just never caught on to my taste. By the second time I was in there Kendra remembered me and started to ask how I liked my selection last time. She then started to recommend me more items she thought I would enjoy and she’s always spot on! Oh and it’s puppy friendly my little Maia enjoys it there every time also!

Incredible service. Well staffed with highly knowledgeable individuals. Appreciate the nurse and pharmacist they have to talk science and benefits of cannabis. Prices are reasonable for top shelf flower and I like that’s it’s a one stop shop. Love the variety of products. Highly recommend speaking with Jennifer when you visit! Absolutely love the ambiance & decor too! 🖤

Fantastic aesthetic! It feels like you’re walking into an art gallery. Even better than the atmosphere however was the costumer service. Stephen is really knowledgeable about the products and is patient in sharing his know-how in a way that even nugget newbies will understand. He really goes out of his way and it just seems to be the culture of the company. A little pricey but hey it’s California what do you expect.

Make sure to bring cash!

What a blessing. I took my mother in, she was welcomed and really taken care of! There were comfortable chairs for her to sit in while a staff member brought products to her. A Dr and a nurse were on staff to answer all of her questions and give her knowledge about products. They even wrote on the boxes, reminding her when to take the things she purchased.
This store is also just gorgeous! The weekly specials are awesome, and the prices are better than most on the peninsula.

I have nothing but good things to say about Syncronicity Holistic. Between Kevin, Valentia, and Chris(? I'm so sorry, I'm blanking and I don't want to be rude), you get an amazing person to person, personalized experience from people who honestly enjoy their job, and honestly want you to have a good experience both in their beautiful boutique shop, and afterwards with your Cannabis/CBD Products.

The owner, Mrs. Valentina V, is an amazing good hearted person who diligently pursues products because she honestly believes in the origins, brands and products, she clearly loves her job and it's beautiful to hear about the history of her store from both her and her amazing family.

I would 100% recommend this shop, both for beginners who would love to learn more about the products they're purchasing, and experts who are looking for quality edibles(very vast edible arrangement), quality Live Resin, Bubble Hash etc.
I would say their Flower Selection is one of their less varied sections, though of the flower they do have, it is very quality and well chosen flower in my experience.

They have deals as the week goes on, and reward return guests well.

This dispensary is beautiful and inviting for everyone thanks to the warm staff. The set up makes everything so approachable and the employees are incredibly knowledgeable. This women operated business is all about educating clients and helping people. The staff curates an array of items very intentionally. They know their products inside and out- just ask about anything and they are happy to share their knowledge. The employees are passionate about what they do and it really shows in the service. I learned a lot while having a very enjoyable shopping experience. They never rushed me and it felt so warm, unlike some other dispensaries I’ve visited that have felt a little sketchy. They’ve got products I haven’t seen anywhere else and an education area. This is unlike any other dispensary I’ve been to- definitely don’t miss it!

Excellent customer service I say this because, they listen with the intent to understand, and this enables them to do a very good job at helping me find what I'm looking for. Also, very good high quality strains and producers. Fig farms, one of my first personal favorite. Thank you staff you are awesome

So beautiful! Complete with amazing products and staff! Setting a higher standard for the average cannabis dispensary. Kendra was wonderful, sharing her vast experience and knowledge of cannabis. Definitely left feeling happy and with enough treats to keep me lit until my next visit!
