As a person that considers himself a vape connoisseur, I love Vapor World. Right when you walk in, you know it's the real deal. I mean, these guys know their stuff. All of the staff was helpful, but Charlie was a real standout. He had the perfect answer for every question I asked and was just generally a nice person. All in all, Vapor World rocks. WORST customer service ever. Employees are to concerned with their personal phone or vape to acknowledge customers. They are just a bunch of lazy teenagers who are incapable of providing service and do not belong in a business setting. The store has the best prices in town so that is why I shop there, not the people. Beware of horrible service at this establishment.

Went to get a new coil and juice for my e-cig when i told the guy i wanted a 0.25 ohm coil that rates from 30-50 watts for the baby beast tank he started to argue with me telling me that it doesn't exist. I tried telling him I bought one yesterday from the same place he started to argue with me more saying that their is not a 0.25 ohm coil even know i bought one from him yesterday. He ended up selling me the wrong coil.
