Love this place.... All the staff are really knowledgeable about the products. Natasha is my favorite she always knows what I need as soon as I walk in the door. She doesn't put up with people being rude and always has a smile on her face. This will be the only vape store I go to

I purchased my first vape here and Simon was SO helpful at explaining everything and helping me decide by making recommendations. He's very friendly and I had a great first experience overall.

This is definitely a good place to hang out with friends, and even the workers too! Vape tricks or not! The staff is really friendly and helpful. Sam can usually find the right juice for the taste I feel, Taylor’s good at finding what coils I need when I can’t name them, and Raymond’s got all the know-how on the mods. A perfect trio! They all greet me when I come inside and serve their customer with a smile. Their boss Natasha is really warm and welcoming! It just feels like home going to buy a vape. They have consistent discounts on all sorts of juices too, in-store or sent straight to your phone! I’d definitely recommend this place to my friends. 😁

Honestly I wish I could rate it better. The store in general is a great place to buy from. Nicholas is by far the coolest employee there. always makes sure I know what I’m buying and he definitely knows his products. As well as the other guy (kind of skinny I’m not sure his name) but I’ve finally met the manager and made my first purchase from her at this store. And as Ive shopped from here pretty often and never seen her before I purchased an item that she advertised as exactly what I told her I needed. A pod type setup that was interchangeable with a 510 pin connector. As well as stating it goes to 100 watts. Which was exactly what I needed for my RTA. It was a simple misunderstanding. She sold me a product that did exactly the opposite of what I needed. I returned to the store and asked Nicholas what their process was as far as returns/exchanges is. And she walked up real quick and tried to ask what was wrong. I simply told Nicholas I was misinformed and thought this would take a 510 pin and go to 100 watts and it doesn’t. So I was gonna see if I could exchange it for something else. And she cut right in and said that she never said that and that we can leave if we are going to cause her of lying and started yelling so I simply told her that I don’t even have to deal with this. And she said “I didn’t say it takes that and can go to 100 watts. I said voopoo is getting to where they can” might I add Nicholas ended up exchanges the Argus for the Argus gt. Which was quite literally exactly what I asked for. All while the manager kept saying that after this purchase we were never aloud back. I’ve never had a problem with anything. I love their point system. And the convenient app. And the fact that ever single time I’ve been there until today I’ve always received 100% honestly about these devices. But when I came in and asked “do you know about _____ product” and she said of course. As though she knew everything like the back of her hand and then I was provided with a product solely based off of her misinformation and mis-guidance. I also mentioned how I’d rather Nicholas complete my purchase as I’ve never seen her before or had a problem with his business she said she’s never there cause she’s a manager. As well as stating “this is a completely new time. “The customer is always right” is no longer true” after my girlfriend said she can’t continue to yell at us and we’d like to speak to the owner. After we’re we’re told she’s the only manager and we can’t do anything about her being rude. If you ever see the short lady with blackish/dark brown hair. Definitely turn to someone else or leave. She will lie to sell things and then treat you like she never cared for you business in the first place.

Edit ✍️: the owner finally saw my review and replied saying I’d be better off going to a different vape shop. Btw I’m fully aware that nick no longer works there. In fact numerous employees (including him) have stated that’s not the first time your bummy manager has cussed out a customer and treated them like that. And that’s exactly why nick quit. Don’t play mr goodie two shoes online and then never go to your stores and see what’s up. Btw we know the manager is your wife. But if you reallllly wanna lose customers it can happen🤷🏻‍♂️ Not just me. Trust me you don’t know who I am

Great place to go. Love their big selection of mods and juices and the customer service is awesome. Sam and Taylor are always really nice. I always enjoy my visit and this is definitely my only vape shop!!

Natasha is just the best. She knows exactly what I want when I walk through the door. This is also the most beautiful vape store I’ve ever been in. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of e-liquids and coils. I also like the rewards program. Hey, did I say Natasha is the bomb. Great store and most helpful staff. Thanks for all that you do. Service is always great but they are usually sold out of the mints peppermint which is the only flavor I like lol

This is the only vape store that I currently go to, but that will now be changing. I stopped in yesterday, and in the midst of a pandemic the employees were not wearing masks. Numbers are currently rising dramatically in Arkansas and I think this shows a complete lack of accountability for protecting your clients. Nearly every businesses is taking this measure, I wear a mask to keep others safe and I expect businesses that I patronize to at least have the same regard. Even if the general public does not.

Complete liars! My husband was told multiple times they would replace a mod (defective product) when it broke only after one day. We live almost two hours away and when we are almost to the store they called and changed their mind and refused to make it right. Very dishonest business!!! This business does not care anything about their customers just $$$$$!

Fantastic customer service, talking to an actual fellow consumer instead of a salesman/saleswoman. Bought a Geekvape Aegis Max and it was actually about the same price as online, but I didn't have to wait a week to get it!

Anytime I have a question I have no problems calling them and they are more than happy to help me, even if i'm not buying something.

Joseph is the guy who I go to but they are all fantastic and very happy to stop what they're doing and help a new vaper get everything he needs. You guys rock, you made me happy to get back into the hobby when I lost all hope for in store interactions.
