LOVE this vape store. Only shop I’ve been to since 2018. The staff is very well rounded about their products, especially Simon, he’s the homie! 10/10 would recommend. They’ve got a great selection of glassware, vapes, disposables, and everything in between. Awesome point system so you can get $$ off your purchase. Sunday is double points day so I would recommend stopping in on that day!

Below is my review from 9 months ago..... I've spend thousands at this shop been very loyal to it but after 2nd time of being completely screwed out of my points I'm done..... this is second time I went in and hundreds of my points where used with out my concent. I have been eyeballing what I wanted to spend my 1000 points on again. N now I'm down below to 300 points. Guys at shop are all like nothing we can do blah blah blah.... something I can do.. just lost a loyal customer cause the first time shame on me. But after the first time I always make sure to tell then do not use my points yet again there gone..... thanks for getting my Hope's up of 50 bucks off....

One of the best shops in town. Great selection of gear and juice. Not really a good shop for mech users. They have a few that are a little high priced. I am a mech collector and personally there mechs are not kept in good condition. They have a able I want that starting to show signs of major patina. And every time I go in I just want to polish it. I'd buy it if they came way down on price. I do love there point system to get discounts and the boys that work there are pretty decent fellas. All in all it's a good shop.

I've been here multiple times, and the staff, Taylor, Sam, and Raymond are super knowledgeable and helpful! The manager, Natasha is really great too! Everyone is so welcoming! The store is super clean and the products are really great quality. I've gotta say, it's the best vape store in HS in my opinion! Definitely stop by if you're in the area, it's sooo worth it!

This is not the place to go if u ate looking for a good price. They will not take back un open vapes or mods... (juices I can understand) but a unopened device is inexcusable. Again... the customer service and lack of sympathy here is pathetic. Go to southern vapor or Drippers! Those are REAL vape shops! (Since I don't know how to respond to your review... your policy also doesn't say anything about UNOPENED VAPES/MODS)!!!!!

Very large selection the customer service was great. Taylor, Sam, Natasha, and Raymond were great help in finding the right merchandise I was looking for. Thanks to you at Vapor World keep up the great service!!

I gave one star only because I had to. The store has a great selection but the two employees that were there were horrible. Didn't want to help, more concerned about a video on the phone, the other was more interested in playing with her vape. I have been to tons of vape store and this same store before with excellent customer service but this time I was very displeased as well as my husband. I have never gave a bad review in my life but the young lady with purple hair and the gentleman working with her were so unhelpful. We had to go all the way across town for the customer service we needed. The employees were just not interested in making a sale.

The staff there is amazing knowledgeable about their product. Amazing prices on juices, devices and glassware. I will be returning ASAP! The young man Corbin was a great salesmen friendly and nice helped me get the Smok stick v8 and a amazing juice Brain Freeze. I will be spreading the word about their shop!

Great selection of Juices, and the employees are always nice and helpful! Natasha, Raymond, Sam, and Taylor know what they're doing to make the store run properly and always make it fun for the customers. I won't go anywhere else.

It was ok but since it was Sunday I will cut them some slack. The one employee that helped us could have been more knowledgeable about the products and the other two seemed completely disinterested in helping. But we did manage to walk out with what we were looking for.
