Health for Life - McDowell - Medical and Recreational Cannabis Dispensary

To clarify- my last experience wasn’t ideal (no fault of them really, I just got super unlucky with where I was in line I guess for mobile ordering and it was 4/20, of course they’re slammed!) but the staff was as reasonable as possible for their busiest day of the year! They really put up with a lot, and were so pleasant considering this. The security guard, Casey, heard me out and did an amazing job on such a hectic day. On 4/20, don’t place any online order unless you are ok with picking up at 11:30 later once they are more staffed and situated. Also, place orders with expectations of not even waiting in line until your “ready” text is sent to you, 2-3 hours later. Aside from that, you could always opt to wait in line to shop and you should be in and out within 30 minutes even on this crazy busy day. Any other day of the year, this is STILL the place to be. Their 4/20 deals are the same deals they have from time to time, you just have to scout for them online. This is the best dispensary I’ve been to, for the consistent deals, and for the overall experience. If you are weighing your options on different dispensaries to go to regularly for deals, I’ll save you the time by saying you should just come to Health for Life moving forward.

I hadn't been back here for a few years and happened to be in the area. Nice, quick and friendly experience. Requesting they bring back the OG syringe loads for vape mods. And, more sativa strains!! Never d/c Green Crack by Timeless! My biggest c/o all dispensaries is a lack of consistency in product brands and types. It causes frustration when you can't find the medicine that works well for you. Just sayin, b/c I know this company has been around since the inception. And, I have been watching you grow and mature in this industry. Looking forward to your next location being a little more close to me. Much success to this company, as your potential is exceedingly clear.

I didn’t want to write this, in fact this is my FIRST review ever lol. To start off, I love most of the people in here and the service and products have been GREAT and if this didn’t happen, it would be a solid 5 stars! Regardless, You need to be more clear what your walk in policy is. I walked in, got my cash, and walked to the pick up window (where nobody was) like they tell me to do every time when I pick up. The receptionist had an unnecessary tone and attitude when she told me to come check in. I then proceeded to apologize and explain why I was doing what I was doing. Then she repeated herself and told me there was people in front of me in a rude and aggressive tone (implying I was trying to cut in line). I then calmly sat down after check in and looked at the security guard sitting next to me. I asked him, “Holy cow man, is she just not in a good mood today?” and he was rude to me as well lol. When I walked out the door I told them to cheer up and the guard just waved me out with a smug look. I didn’t know I’d get demonized for walking to the wrong window (especially when that’s exactly what they tell me to do almost every time)
