Closed at 6pm on a Friday?? Your website says you're open and accepting cash despite your card service being down.....but clearly that's not the case. I've watched 20+ cars pull in and leave in the time that it took me to write this out. A simple website update would've saved us all from wasting our time.

Staff is super nice and they work fast. I have only ever done pick up at this location. Order is usually ready in under 20 mins.

I've been a customer/patient of Health for Life for about 8.5 yrs now and have always told others that this is the dispensary to go to. It used to be Health for Life North on Higley and the 202 then moved to McDowell.. I live closer to the location on Ellsworth but have had some sort of interaction, at one point or another, with short tempered and abrasive reps so... I quit going. The point of coming to any Dispensary is to have a positive experience.. It should not be stressful, and you should leave happy and with the products that provide relief specific to your needs. Today, the guy with dreads that checked me out at Will Call was completely unprofessional. The total amount wasn't what I was told over the phone. I was told Buy 2, Get 2. I asked him for a breakdown and he impatiently rattled off how many grams I ordered.. and what the total was. I asked again if he could explain the breakdown of the deals I was told I was eligible for.. to which he said, "Don't test me!" very confrontationally.. and at first I thought he was joking but.. No.. super rude.. There was simply a miscommunication over the phone for the Buy 3, Get 2 or the Buy 2, Get 2 and no one was upset about it except him... And he sure went above and beyond to make me feel stupid about it with the.. "How dare I question him" attitude.. It only takes one bad apple to spoil the experience and I think I've spotted it.. I would not advise anyone to go to H4L at this point.. There's so many Dispensary options nowadays.. find one that works best for your needs and stick with it.. That should include chill weed reps there to answer all your questions and ensure you are getting what you need for relief..

Super slow, otherwise we'll see. I came on my lunch break to see a literal ocean of old folks, not the dispos fault but I don't wanna go somewhere that the clientele is always on their slowest mode possible. Also nowhere to stand when it's packed, I stood in the middle of the room like a rubenesque model for a senior citizen art class.

This is pretty much the only dispensary I go to. The people that work here absolutely wonderful and are extremely nice to me every time. I’ve been coming to this specific dispensary for over three years and have nothing but great things to say about the people here. Every bud tender is extremely helpful and courteous. Today I was helped by a guy name Cole and he went above and beyond with his customer service. Thank you all very much I wish I knew all your names so I could shout you all out. Much love.

They say they have a first time patient deal, up to 3 times.
Came for my 3rd deal, and they said I used it.
I went to a different location this week, the 3rd time I've ever gone into ANY dispensary.
It's a joke, they virbally said that different locations don't interact with the deal.
I know their computer system was acting upfront.
Yet I'm the one who's wrong?
This is absolutely rediculous and false advertising.
Might as well stick with literally anywhere else.
