We provide all Arizona Medical Marijuana patients with a wide variety of products including flower, edibles, concentrates, CBD and more! But the helpfulness is always the same. My health for life is Ellsworth and they are awesome. I appreciate you all you guys.

Health for Life is such a clean and organized environment with friendly, helpful staff! Not to mention there are constantly deals going on so you are bound to get a great price for a high quality product! This is the first dispensary I hit when I got my MMJ card (was referred) and the staff has been so great with helping to find what I like best! Always great selections of top notch products!

By FAR the best location for me. I’ve been to the others, and they haven’t even come close to the customer service or speed that McDowell has. Plus Andre is THE best! He helps me majority of the times I’ve been there, and I always leave with a great experience.

I’m a medical card patient, and now my services are clearly no longer needed here.
You cater to the recreational people now!
You stopped the specials that made it possible for me to afford my medication!
I came in every week for my edibles, and now you don’t offer the special anymore, except for the 100 mg & other lesser products that DO NOT HELP ME!!
I don’t know why I paid $275 for my card because now I’m being Trampled by the recreational people!
I’m going to start going to another dispensary now.

Used to be my number one dispensaries when I was smoking, definitely one of my favorite dispensaries around. Doesn’t matter what location you go to all of them are very helpful and knowledgeable, but this is my favorite one. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful what whatever your heart desires. I’m usual in and out within 10 minutes which makes it super nice for me. Place is clean and well kept up

I tried placing two online orders & both were cancelled. When I tried calling the phone rang for over 2 minutes & then hung up. This happened over 4 times & I still haven’t received a response. Normally, it’s a quick fix & I can place a new order but they’re just confirming the order to cancel it & are providing no help.

The deals and products are great , but don’t bother calling. I was put on hold for 10 mins to be told rudely that I couldn’t discuss the deals over the phone.
