Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good selection. I like that they're open later than most shops on Sundays. My only real complaint isn't really any fault of their own. I do *not* like their location. Inconvenient parking except during certain times. And the dude all camped out right to side of their business, giving their customers the stink eye as they go in and out made me kind of uncomfortable. But like I said, that issue really isn't their fault.

Talk about greedy ignorant rich business owners .This is the second time I bought a prerolled joint in this store and it just completely fell apart on me. I kept receipt but they wouldn't honor replacing it. A lousy 3 dollar joint from a billion dollar a year business. Starting to seriously hate big corporation and these places too in this country. All they do is screw the working man. I'll continue to shop at cinder and lovely buds. Never happens when I buy there and customer service is honored Don't tip lucky leaf it's not worth it. Rip offs.

Every time I am here it's an amazing experience. The staff is professional and fun. Even if you have to wait in line, the environment of the store is very casual. Makes you not even feel like you're waiting. Keep up the good work guys! You're my favorite shop in town ✊

These guys are so nice! The 1st time I was there I had a lot of questions about devices etc & she was very knowledgeable & didn't make me feel stupid for asking. I only go there now; they are all very helpful in choosing what would most benefit me & my ailments. They've all got a good sense of humor & I've never had a bad experience there. It's also convenient bc I have friends & family on the south hill so I shop in the area anyway, but I would go out of my way to shop at Lucky Leaf if I had to.
