Horrible service from female budtender with long blonde hair. She talked to me in a very condescending tone. I shopped there twice weekly but will no longer be shopping there. Online ordering here is pointless no return text messages and the menu never reflects what they actually have in stock at the store.

The staff can be a little rude at times and sometimes the prices are not the greatest

For the record.. don't open the packaging.. ha. Seriously your store is top notch and the GMO I tried was out STANDING. I do not buy much, much less review as I grow what I consume. Great time in your store and sorry again about the etiquette breach. Top shelf product is in incredible, store is very..patient? Thanks again! Peace.

Always enjoyed this location. It’s small but it has great staff and atmosphere. They also feature art from local Spokane artists often. So it’s always fun to stop by and check out the art they have on display at the time.

I'm 58. I've been a fan of the product available here for the past 43 years. This was the first time I'd ever purchased from a store. Won't be the last. We have a reunion in Spokane every 2 years.
Great products and services were fantastic!

Fantastic place near a lot of really interesting stores. It was spacious, which is nice. I like a nice open room. The space was nicely divided between their main herb selection and the niche/novelty items. And my goodness, is there a lot of it. Well-stocked and well-sorted. And multiple TV's cycling through their entire menu on a loop. Prices were reasonable for really high-quality product (pun intended). Great looking glass equipment. Well-versed staff were able to recommend two great products for my personal use. Oh, the local art section was a very unexpected and excellent addition. Will be returning.

All of the budtenders are super friendly and knowledgeable! I love the selection of products, and the price points. They’re very competitive price wise, and their daily specials are my fave. It’s always a quick, pleasurable experience when I shop at Lucky Leaf. 🖤❤️💛💚

Well I guess I'll just put it this way pros and cons of the lucky leaf.

Pros:
Good selection

Cons:
The first thing we you walk in you hear loud rap music with cussing that is improper music to play in any establishment whether it be for a dispensary or a grocery market.

Play music that is easy going and caters to everyone and is not abrupt nor offensive.

The manager needs to be more mindful and more professional when it comes to creating an environment for the customers.

Also, I've heard bartenders openly talking about getting high and can't wait till break so they can go smash out in the back that's ridiculous you shouldn't be talking like that in front of customers either that is really unprofessional.

Some budtenders spend too much time with just one customer they could be spending up to 45 minutes that is not okay considering there are not enough bartenders to take care of all the people coming in there.

I asked for an oz. Of bud today and asked if it had much "branches" and "wood" in it. I was impressed by the woman behind the counter who didn't just blurt out an answer, but instead she looked at the product and said what she thought. I could tell she thought it was good. I agree with her those popcorn buds fit right in the bowl of my pipe perfectly. Thats a great product!
