Horrible experience! Asked for a regular chocolate vape juice. Got home to find out they sold me a chocolate nic salt that won't work with my smok vape pen. Returned to the store to exchange for regular vape juice. They told me it will work with my smok. I told them I looked it up online and checked with smok. 2 employees continued to argue and talk over me. They did not exchange it. Ended up leaving with a $22 bottle of juice I can't use. Lost a good customer.

I went in about a week a week ago looking for a new pod for my wife. The rep took his time asking what we needed/wanted out of a pod and we landed on a Uwell Caliburn. Long story short, we were so satisfied with it that I went back last night to get another. I wanted a black one but the only black left was the display. Not a big deal to me so I bought it. But when i went home to set it up I realized that the pods didnt snap into place firmly, so i called back this morning and went in to return it. I honestly was under the impression that it wouldnt matter and I would be stuck with a broken vape(that's been my experience at other shops) but the employees in today were so understanding that they let me just switch it out for a new one (though a different color). I
offered to pay the difference between the display price and the new price and they even assured me that was unecessary. Thank you, Smoke City, for taking ownership of the situation and helping a customer out. We are going to be back.

DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!! They charged me twice on my credit card and refused to even give me the other juice they double charged me for. Greasy foreign rip off artists!!! Lowest quality products anywhere. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was a regular weekly customer but will NEVER GO BACK. Again, RIP OFF FOREIGN THIEVES, THEY LIKE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT WONT MAKE THEIR SIMPLE MISTAKE GOOD.

I have been going to this store for a few years, at first when I smoked cigarettes and continued when I switched to vaping. Around July 1st I picked up some e juice and made the mistake of not checking it before leaving store. The seal had been previously broken, it was 10 months expired (exp 9/18) and when I tried to take it back to exchange it, I was told "There is nothing we can do". Later I went to one of their other stores and after an employee spoke to his boss all they would offer was 15% off a purchase made right then. All I wanted out of this ordeal was an exchange of product, but apparently customer service is not something they care about.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and you cant discuss prices over the phone. You lost my business. Then the girl on the phone wants to laugh about it. Not very good customer service. Wont be buying from here again.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to me as soon as I walked in, helping find what would work best for me based on my needs. They have a wide range of products including tobacco, CBD herb/extracts, vapes, keaton, as well as a large selection of pipes and vaporizers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for something non-THC.
