Absolute best prices in town, glad I work down the street. If you have to have a craving, this is the best place to sate it. Plus the staff are super knowledgable and helpful when you have questions or are curious about the products. And they carry our sweet soda that is available nowhere else around here!

I called because i needed a price on a cleanser if i had plenty of money the price wouldnt matter the women told me they dont discuss prices over the phone I explained to her that I'm coming from 30 miles away and I need to know if I have enough money to purchase the product because if I don't it's a waste of time she still would not give me the price I needed so I drove all the way to Richland from Prosser turns out I did not have enough money to purchase what I needed I was very upset I wasted the last bit of gas that I had and my time and all they could say is we're sorry I'm sorry I will never be back here again

I shop here a few times a month for my tobacco and accessory needs. I am satisfied with the low prices, and the staff are friendly and attentive. As a business, you are accountable for the quality of the product you sell. If the item you sold was bad, the customer is not responsible for anything. I had to return an item that I bought yesterday and I was given 80% of the original price as a store credit. The total amount of money lost is not the point here as much as the principle. I wasn't given my money back and I was stuck with the store credit. The representative called the manager who came up with the 80% formula. I was expecting a more responsible reaction. Very disappointing.

I went to purchase a vape and spent over 100 bucks not only did the girl fail to tell me that the whole set up I bought didn't come with a battery, but she sold me the wrong color... ( which I didnt see untill I got home and opened the package) AND I told her I wanted NO nicotine juice, And she gave me 3mg..... they clearly need to get better sales people.... usually this place rocks but this encounter sucked 👎👎👎

I purchased 4 Aspire Spryte coils, and was given 1 Aspire Spryte coil and 3 coils that were not Aspire Spryte Coils. I opened one of the coils that were not Aspire Spryte because I couldn't tell the difference in the package. I went to return the 3 coils which were not Aspire Spryte, and they refused to return the opened coil. The person I spoke with was rude, and said "well you should have checked to make sure you got the right thing". I feel robbed, and I hope that my business was worth the 4 dollar Aspire Spryte coil that you withheld from me.
