I wish I could give two separate reviews because my first experience here when I bought my vape was great the guy that sold me my unit was so awesome and informational wonderful but when I started having issues and had to go back in for help the guy that helped me was very rude very condescending I mean just a total jerk! I dont know much about vape, and he made me feel really stupid...it's unfortunate that sometimes bad experiences make you feel like never returning, this experience definitely made me feel that way.

Guy behind the counter could careless that there was a costumer standing him front of him when he Final does comeover going to I.D me I’m 55 years old he is 25 tops. And he was more worried about himself vaping then actually selling me what i wanted. Just rude and you feel like your doing them a favor if you hurry up and leave.

Their sign states "under new management". In my opinion the new management needs to learn about putting the customer first. Any business, that expects to survive, know that "repeat business" is what pays the bills.
I purchased a Smok Stick V8 kit from them on a Thursday. I noticed, the following day, that it was leaking-a lot. On inspection I noticed a hairline crack in the glass chamber. I went back to TVape at 10am the following morning. The lady behind the counter told me, they had no replacement chambers. Since it was less than 48hours she said she could refund my money, minus 20% restocking fee. 20%!! When I asked for an exchange she said "How do I know you didn't drop it? I can't just give you a freebie!
A freebie? I just spent over $50 in your store! I'm a first time customer! I told you I didn't drop it. If you want repeat customers, that's all you should need.
In the end she dug around and found a replacement chamber. Thanks for that. I like the Smok Stick and how it helps me the break a 40+ year smoking habit.
Anyway, work on your customer service. The products take care of themselves.

Every single time we come here they are constantly out of all the flavors. It dosnt matter when I come. U would think that after a few weeks of being out of the same products, they would order more. But for the last few months, no change.. actually I lied, they are getting worse. The have less products. Oh and btw the staff are rude as well.

Waist of your time I bought a few things come to find out my e'cig got stolen tried to return items and they will NOT return for my cash or exchange the guy there is so unprofessional and has no customer .service and the lady looks so snotty....and plus it is expensive I suggest to go to My Baker Vape on the guide this place is not worth one star and the owner will most go out of business the way he has his employees running it...#loss#4#U

Asked for Herakles Plus coil heads and you would have thought I pulled out a gun! They were scurrying about asking everyone, making calls, checking computers... He then told me that another brand coil head would work in it, but he wasn't 100% sure about it. Why trust someone that doesn't know? Not going to take a chance and ruin my brand new tank. All they cared about was a quick sale. HARD 1 star.

Total garbage. My daughter got a pen for her and her Fiance and both batteries which are the pens if you don't know what they are. The batteries are the big expensive pen part and it went out next day. Tank can be replaced for five to six dollars. I think they were broke when they sold them to us. It was the two pack starter deal.
