I'd say about a 2 star, I don't know who was there last night in the Hawaiian shirt and flip flops but that's not really presentable, I knew what I was grabbing but the person made me feel like I was just a complete bother for making him get off his computer to help me. Honestly if it was not a 2 minuet drive from my house I'd never go here again but I have to highly recommend for anyone who drives out of there way to go here stop what you are doing, they would rather be on their computer then help customers.

This is an awesome store! The gal who works there is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! She's helped me out the last 3 times and if everyone else is like her, this is an awesome store. Great customer service. Thank you again!!

Had a neutral experience, in and out quickly with the stuff I needed. Still feel I need to write an accurate review and confirm what others are saying. You should go to literally any other vape shop in town. I feel like most people go to Total Vape because it's on the way out from Fred Meyer.
For some reason it seems there's three employees per shift at this little shop and bare minimum 2 of them are playing video games on the store display at any given time; I don't think they even look up when customers come in. Whoever is 'running' the counter will give you a mild acknowledgement and stare at you the entire time you're making your choice without saying anything, occasionally glancing back at the TV.
For anyone thinking this is a rag on young people it's not. Our current 18-30yr olds are the hardest working and most over-qualified individuals I've ever met. They're typically disillusioned that work is work and most likely wont be fun, but they somehow make jokes and fun out of the most barren and undesirable tasks imaginable. Or at least they just punch in, do their job, and punch out. The situation I'm describing at Total Vape is people that don't even 'show up'. Because there doesn't seem to be anyone setting an example, they don't even do the minimum that other stores do. Which is the store's/management's fault really for not even setting up their employees.
As well, these are the highest prices I've seen in town. I'm not saying in comparison to budget choices/smaller stores, I'm saying they're typically priced 10-15% higher than the more established stores like Sugar. I wouldn't have bothered if the store was just cheap and a bit crummy (that kinda store has a charm), but in this case I gotta bluntly say "don't waste your money here".
Getting anything at Total Vape is like buying a pack of 6 AAA batteries from the gas station for 15$. You accepted being ripped off because it was convenient but man you really should plan your shopping a bit better next time.

Devon was not very helpful. He would not even acknowledge my presence in the store until he had completed his sale with the previous patron. When I called in to remark on his lack of service skills, the manager whom I spoke with was apologetic and very helpful with the questions that I had. I spoke with three other friends of mine who frequent this shop and remember the same man treating them harshly as well. Sad.

I want to apologise for coming to the store during business hours (1PM Tuesday, 23JAN2018). I didn't realize how disappointed you would be to have a customer enter your store.
I bought some good juice and left as soon as I could. Really I did.
We would both be happier if I never came back.
Please accept my apology for coming and overstaying my welcome. Sorry!
[Note to future potential customers: The employees there are decent people who don't deserve the inconvenience of customers entering their store. Go elsewhere to keep them happy.]

The female associate that works in this place is rude and condescending. I stopped in the first time and the younger gentleman that was working was happy and very helpful, so I decided to try them again and this female sales associate was seeming to have a bad day but I made my purchase and chalked it up to her just not being happy. Yesterday I stopped in a third time and the same female associate was working and again very snotty and condescending. I will not be giving them anymore of my business.

These guys are usually pretty rude when it comes to asking about products. Their juice is way overpriced & they refused to let me exchange an unopened item even though I hadn't even left the store yet. Bad customer service & the dudes behind the counter usually seem like they are high on something strong.

EXPENSIVE!!!
The service I received was fine. The young woman was helpful and courteous and helped me pick something out. The prices, however, were a bit of a shock. They range from 50% to 100% higher than what I am used to paying at the vape shop I normally go to. I don't think I'll be going back.

Worst place to get vapes from i got the drag max retro and it leaked all my juice into the mod and was spitting with the new coils it came with after a few days of having it and refused to give my money back even when i still have the recipet smh horrible shop. Sugar Magnolia is way better and has better mods and tanks. Ill never go back to this shop.
