Wanted to give a positive review as I was cautious about this business based on reviews. Decided to go in as I was in the area shopping. I ended up buying a vape mod, the stock was a bit limited but the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and fast. Pricing was actually very good. Bonus for supporting veterans!

The salt nic choices are VERY VERY limited. 90% of what they have in stock is super generic. No quality brands. I was in a pinch and needed juice. BAD IDEA. It tastes terrible and nothing like the brand stated. The juice tasted like there’s was barely any flavor. There was also a bunch of strange people around. Galaxy Vapor in Mount Vernon is far better.

This shop is THE spot. They have a very good range of products to the point where I have bought coils and pods from 3 different vape brands with no problems whatsoever. I’ve never had to do the classic “Okay… no coils in stock.. again..? Time to buy a new vape I guess” move here. Even if they didn’t have good product I would still want to give them high regards because Emerson is a gem. They’ve helped me every time I have came into their store with their personal, truthful experiences with their products. It doesn’t feel like I’m being sold something. It’s a natural conversation about the product with no essence of weird customer/salesperson dynamic. I have to drag myself out of the store because they’re so bubbly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone at any point.

Not only it’s very expensive compared to other places but this is the third time I bought a faulty vape here finally I decided to go back in and try to get it replaced and they told me we do not do refunds here… this is not a refund… you’re selling faulty products and over pricing. NONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS WORK!! There is no reason why you couldn’t replace my item when you sold me a product that doesn’t work… extremely frustrating.

I have bought everything for vaping here and have continued to go here for all my vaping needs over the last year but I went in for a disposable on my lunch break because I'd forgotten mine at home. Asked if they had any Melon disposables that weren't Ice as I can't smoke anything Ice. Clerk who was a guy with dark hair pointed out the 2 disposables they had that had melon in them that weren't Ice and he said he agreed with me and he didn't like Ice. They were $25 and I didn't really want to spend that much but based on the guys recommendations I purchased it. Stood there at the counter and opened it and took a puff...ICE! I told him it was Ice and he said to me "all disposables are ice". I asked to return it because I couldn't smoke it and he just looked at me and said "no, you opened it, took a drag and all sales are final". All disposables are NOT Ice, he knew it was Ice and sold it to a customer that couldnt smoke it anyways and then was extremely smug, unreservedly arrogant and rude. I really hope that $25 was worth the hundreds I would have spent there over time because I will never return. Ignorant rude little twerp!

When able to get service it's great but the store is regularly closed during scheduled business hours, making it difficult to plan around. Maybe they could adjust their hours down while figuring themselves out instead of not being open when they say they will be.
