They jack up prices on vape devices and juices then "cut you a deal" when you seem undecided. I know it's a business but c'mon, be competitive without try to drop the bottom out on the market. Also, they push devices you don't need or want. If you go there, be decisive and firm.

Best tobacco shop I've been to in a long time. I'm from Woodbridge and work in Warrenton and I have no trouble going out of my way to tobacco hut! I mainly vape now, they have a huge selection of flavors, mods, tanks, etc. customer service is AWESOME! And prices are so much better then anywhere I've been too for everything! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for great and knowledgeable customer service and the best prices!

I give 6 Stars. In stark contrast to the sometimes non-existent customer service in its competitors shops, the owner/operator at Tobacco Hut and Vape Shop in Warrenton seems to understand both the product and the people aspects of running a place. I can tell they value customer loyalty and work to build it through superior customer service and quality products. This place has a professional but relaxed atmosphere and the store itself is well-lit and spacious, making it enjoyable to wander around and check out the wide collection of products and accessories for vapes, cigars, and water pipes; which all seem to be quite reasonablely priced. I hope in the future they are able to add some sort of sampling set up for trying out new vaping flavors, that would be icing on the cake.

I always feel wary entering a vapor shop and get the juice/item I look for.m either a too pushy sales person or not many options. This store has lots of choices and A REALLY cool and great sales persons. I enjoyed stoping by and got a great coffee juice and definitely coming back again, and again!!!

Great service at this place and fair prices, the employees are always very helpful. They didn't have the coils I needed for my Arco 2 tank but they asked me what specific coil I was looking for because the smok tfv8 coils work in the Arco 2. I was looking for the actual Arco 2 coils and they ordered some on my request. I went back to get them and sure enough they had them. I definitely recommend tobacco hut! Just a tip for tfv8 owners, the Arco 2 coils last way longer.

One of the best tobacco stores around, large inventory and always have had very good customer service, very knowledgeable about the products they sale and always have reasonable prices compared to other shops I've visited recently.
