Went to the vape store feeling a little overwhelmed.I am 60 things have changed..All the sudden a wonderful salesperson name Anna came to help.I have to say Anna is the only salesperson who knows what their doing.All of my business will be with her.I hope the owners know what a charm they have..Then I stop in Gainesville at the same branch .What a disappointing expearance...Then I go to Warren ton the same guy is their that was rude in Gainesville.I have purchased a lot and your no exchange policy sucks.I am 60 years old and I wouldnt return a product unless it was defaulted..When u buy something broken you can usually exchange..

I was visiting the area on business and was looking for a vape shop. I read the reviews and decided to drop by and I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. The Bandar was really nice and didn't rush me while I was going through the different e-juices. It was a really chill environment and everyone who passed through had a nice time chatting it up. I'll definitely come back.

I Had an Bad Experience 8 months ago, I Decided to give them another Chance. My Phone died and I Didn't have a Charger Handy. I was Late to pick up my Kids From School...FML Right!? lol. I Explained my Situation to Ben, and they we're Able to help me. Thx For the Great Customer service not Vape Related... I had a straight out racial incounter with a employee. I was in the shop 5 min waiting on him to finish helping a customer. A white guy walks in he tells the lady he's helping to hold on and runs over to help the white guy. So I just got walked out. I'm done with them every store. One bad encounter and I'm done
