I would not even give this place 1 star however I have to because that is the only option. The customer service is atrocious and they do not stand by their products. Let me say that for a smoke shop they are OK however as an electronic cigarette shop they are horrible. I bough a unit there and it leaks from the day I bought it wasting my ejuice. Literally a full fill will leak out within a few hours period. So I took it there to see why and they recommended a new atomizer so I did that several times and nothing. I went back and told them this and they literally laughed at me and started talking crap, wow how professional. They treat everyone like crap and have bad attitudes. I will never shop here again. I recommend blackhouse vapor on 2100 south and 900 east they have better units and are an actual e cig shop. If I knew about them first I would have went there and would not be stuck with this peice of crap they sold me that leaks like a siv. Once again stay away from this place unless you want crap products and don't want the products honored if they are broken upon purchase, oh and the blatant terrible way they treat people like crap. TERRIBLE SHOP

I've been coming here for years. I drove down from Murray today to buy a Vape pen. I've never felt so pressured and rushed out the door before. The new white guy working was ridiculous. Not only did he try to sell me crappy merch but then he said he had to go pick up the phone while I was trying to buy over $60 in merchandise. Great way to never have me come back guys! I walked out and won't be back.
