Probably has the largest selection. Certain to have whatever youβre needing, smoke or vape products.. large selection of both. They also sell colored contacts.. so thatβs pretty cool.

If they didn't have such a large selection and at least one employee that honestly seems interested in doing his job, I would never have returned this many times (6-8 in total over the last 2 years for e-juices, a replacement tank and coil, and other knick-nacks mostly). Each time has been a little different, but this trip was pretty much par for the course. Walking in I was greeted by the one guy that gives a carp about the customer/customer service, but he was headed to another task with other customers already. I figured getting in and out quickly was probably best considering they appeared to be reorganizing the store so I went to the register area within minutes of walking in. I looked at the guy behind the counter and it was down hill from there, since it was like I didnt even exist. I had to ask if he worked there since I got more of a "just someone's buddy chillin behind the counter 'till their shift ends" impression, I felt that unacknowledged. His responses were habitualized denials for expediency instead of ones consisting of independent rational thought so I bit-the-bullet, ordered what I hope works well enough for now. I guess I need to wear a suit & tie, and flash money the second I step to the register area next time because it wasn't until I settled on my purchases that I felt like I was being acknowledged. Once my card went through I was handed a plastic bag as what felt like an afterthought and you would think that a place with so much glassworked inventory would be I the habit of having tissue paper, paper towels, or even Kleenex for packaging when you buy more than one glass item but instead of pressing my patience any further over another reflex denial for the sake of habitualized expedience I made due with the printed work schedule I thankfully had picked up earlier. I probably would have broken something dashing for the bus home 3 minutes later. Good selection, and my experiences have unfortunately flet like every third employee seems like he gives a carp. I guess I will find another shop with artistic glass designs as my first choice, and this place is desperation only.

This used to ne a nice shop with a great selection, except that the guy helping me earlier was clearly under the influence of a chemical upper and couldn't seem to follow a simple instruction. We don't support that and definitely won't be coming back.

Staff is very helpful and polite! Shout out to Bo for educating me on glass and helping me with my purchase. Will recommend others to shop here.

We have been going to this smoke shop for 2 years now. It's the only one we go to when we need juice for our e cigarette. The guys that work here are so nice and respectful. They are always in a good mood and willing to help us with anything that we need.

Terrible service yesterday oct 10th I bought a glass house ghr-2-90-14 and plasic connector. During the initial setup the glass piece shattered at the neck. I called today the 11th and the employee was quick too pass me off to manager that claimed to be named Gilbert. The manager was very argumentative and quick too assume my liability to the whole situation. When I disputed him, he started to ask me to come in on a day that the other employees. Gilbert gladly offered up the other employees I think he said it was austin, work schedule too me and tried to pass the buck. I felt I was getting bad service and gilbert became angry and told me told come down now and we would "take care of it" and hung up on me. Now I'm wondering if gilbert plans to assault me if I come in in.

This place use to be great, then things started to slip. Now when you go into the store you are constantly pestered to tip the employees. They do offer discounts but it's off putting to feel obligated to tip at a smoke shop. Also the employee's know almost nothing about their ejuices or ecig batteries. They talk like they do but they are almost always wrong. Great selection of glass and other smoking products, but the borros syndicate has better service and it's just down the street.

They killed it when they stopped selling tobacco

This place is pathetic. I went there and got the worse customer service I ever got in my life. All the guys are worried about is what song is on next while the others are stuffing their face. I asked one guy about an item and he had no idea what the hell I was talking about. They forgot my torch that I asked to put in the bag and I never received a repciept. Don't waste your time coming here unless you're pathetic just the the people here
