Overpriced Poor Staff Knowledge False Guarantee Stopped Carrying Product Bad Business Practice

over priced on their entire stock. half the staff knows nothing about their products. spent $130 on an ecig with lifetime guarantee when it was only $100 online because the manager told me if it ever had problems to bring it in and they would swap it on the spot instead of me having to ship it back to the manufacturer myself. they stopped carrying the brand so the entire reason i bought that brand, and spent extra money on it was a complete waste. only had the thing 8 months and now i have to either go without for 3 weeks to ship it in or buy a new one entirely. worst business practice in the valley.

3 stars because every lighter I've bought from timberline has broke within the week. 3 lighters 60$ I waisted gets them 3 stars. Sell better merchandise!

Poor customer service False advertising Unprofessional behavior Refund issue

Was talked into purchasing a vapor product that you cannot buy pods for. I spent $45 on a Myle vapor product that I can no longer use and the owner refuses to refund me nor speak directly to me. I was told he apparently can’t speak English. This store is ran by a bunch of unprofessional liars. Reporting to the better business bureau.

Expensive Manufacture Defect Poor Customer Service

I have now bought two expensive pipes form them that have had a manufacture defect. The first time they just told me sorry there is a guy in Pocatello that might fix it. This time the guy told me that everyone lies and his exact words are "sorry you just have to eat this one, next time look closer at what you are buying." Thanks for the advice guy and i will look close next time, as long as the sign on the building dose not say Timberline i will be buying wiser.

Uncomfortable Bad Customer Service Unprofessional Behavior

I walked into timberline with 2 friends. While of my friends was talking to an employee, me and my other friend were casually looking at stickers when a blonde lady, who I believe is the owner, came out and literally started staring us down. It was blatantly obvious so me and my friend were pretty uncomfortable. After about 5 minutes of staring us down she asks us to show her our ID's, for not reason whatsoever because we both definitely look of age. We kind of giggled because it was so ridiculous, but we politely handed her our Id's to which she said nothing, handed them back to us, and proceeded to stare us down until we left the store. Mind you, we were only standing in one place as well. This made me very uncomfortable and really gave me a bad taste in my mouth. As I can see there are many negative reviews on you guys, so maybe you should actually listen to your customers and take some of reviews as advice, rather than coming back with an excuse that doesn't really make sense for every single one. We need a new smoke shop in logan for sure, or at least now management.

it's not that i don't agree with being asked for i.d. that's fine and i'm happy to provide it. fact of the matter is that your employee asked for my mom's i.d. on top of mine. it's fine. you just won't have my business anymore and i'll make sure to let everyone know that they will get double i.d.'d if they have a passenger in their car :)

Great Customer Service Knowledgeable Staff Highly Recommended

My business will always go to them. I went in to get a set up after smoking for a few years didn't know that much about ecigs at all and they took the time to explain everything to me and they made sure I understood everything. Their customer service is amazing I love this shop and would recommend it to everyone.
