Timberline Smoke & Vape Shop

I bought an Aspire Nautilus tank from another smoke shop in Logan, but their product was defective and would not give a refund or exchange for their defective product.
I came to Timberline Smoke Shop to purchase a new tank. I told them what had happened, and the sales person SHOWED me their product was not defective in addition to GUARANTEEING their product for one month after purchase.

**NO STARS** I went to this store recently to purchase a vape. When asked for my i.d., the cashier said "also i will need to see your friends i.d." pointing at my car.
I told him it was my mother was my passenger, in her 60's. If he needed her i.d. for my purchase, he was not going to get my business. He said something about someone coming in earlier looking at the same vape i was buying that didnt have a valid i.d. so he figured i could have been helping this person out?
Highly offended. My mother had no intention of entering the store. Her i.d. had nothing to do with my purchase and it was out of line for the clerk not only to assume i was contributing to a minor, but to request i have a co signer for a vape purchase.
I will not be back to timberline again.

They sold me an already opened vape juice, which wasn't the flavor I asked for, and refused to let me return it, even tho I only made it to the parking lot before I turned around. I don't come here any more.

The customer service is great for the most part. Josh really knows his stuff, can help you with anything in the shop. However, the product is a little highly priced.

I go for cigars that are fairly priced compared to anywhere else around but they do mark up the prices big time for their glass. Vape juice is also slightly spendy compared to other local places.

Good variety but most things are way overpriced! .. js

Shout out to the whole staff for keeping calm and collected and professional! You guys always give good service and the gentlemen that helped me was professional and educational!

Quickly, I would like to point out how sad it is that local businesses usually get the most shoplifters. Recently seeing news of customers walking out with huge smiles on their faces due to the "free.99" products they recieved from Timberline has only made me want to shop their more often! Its unfortunate to see that the most recent review complains about an employee trying to prevent shoplifting by keeping an eye on a group of customers, as well as keeping underage persons out of a store she knows sells adult products.. Maybe you kids should Google what legal issues a business could have when it comes to selling to underage passerbys, you can never be too careful! Now that that rant is over, I will once again point out, Timberline Smoke Shop is NOT a corporation. They care about their customers and will do anything within their means to keep them happy. I and my friends have witnessed this first hand. Support Local Businesses! Shop Timberline!

I was just in this store and asked the girl behind the counter about a detox drink and she looked at me and said we can’t sell this to you because of the way I asked for it. How in the hell else am I supposed to ask about a drink that I don’t know the name of?? Worst place ever!! Find a different place to go!! I’ll never walk thru your doors again.
