I provide point of sale automation for this shop. The few times I have been there, I see a crew and owner that is service oriented that go the extra mile in making sure each person is treated as if they were the only one. They have a wide variety of products that suits all cravings.

My first time. It was the only place open. But the blonde girl is super sweet and helpful I get a really good vibe off of her. She is so sincere about the products she sells. She was patient with me even though they had closed she set up my vape for me and helped me use it. Most people won’t be like that and that’s why I’m here to recognize that. I don’t know what place in staff she takes. I’m not sure if she is a manager or just a regular employee. But she sure takes pride in what she sells & you can tell she enjoys what she does. Also fruit pop juice that she recommended is a 20/10!!!

They have a large selection of vape accessories and juices . And the staff is friendly enough, but there fail miserably when it comes to knowing the actual products they sale . They where very helpful in helping me spend 300+$$$ on a new set up but I already knew what I wanted walking in . As for when one of the products failed after a week they said it was my fault and wouldn't give me a break on helping me with the product I had just bought a week ago ? They didn't even offer to help replace or fix it . I visit vape shops all over Dallas and surrounding areas , some good some bad . This could be a great place to shop if the knew there own products better .

This place has no customer loyalty and sells faulty equipment that they refuse to replace. My husband and I have been spending hundreds of $$ in this store weekly for months. Recently I purchased a kit that was completely faulty and defective. I took it back the very next day and was told the owner said oh well.

Buyers beware. Tried to return a lighter I had for less than a month and they said they have a no return policy. The lady at the counter was rude. I would not shop here. There is a lot of other shops around. I also noticed they raised prices.

I've been going here for almost 2 years now. Never had a problem with anything I purchased from this store, untill Monday. I purchased a pod kit and when you vape it shocks you. I took it back and was told I was using it wrong and that Smok didn't know what they where talking about and any issues I had with it I had to take it up with Smok. " We don't do exchanges or refunds you have to take that up with them its not our problem". What so I'm using it wrong and you dont honor the products you sell after just 2 days? I will never go back to this store. If I was you I would avoid this place at all cost. have over 1380 5 star point from September untill now what a waist. I'm taking my vape and cbd to the shop 2 blocks from my house. 👎👎👎

I explained that I didn't really know anything about vapes and she understood and explained about the different kinds they carried and helped me pick the one that was right for me! Will definitely be coming back for future business, 5 stars all the way!
