Staff ummm hit or miss. Usually hit. Parking very limited n tight knit. I'm trying to figure out why nothing has prices. Asking for the cost for every item is frustrating especially when the answer is 'i think it's this $'. Doing the math I was not charged what I was quoted but she adjusted it. By comparison the prices are OK. One guy matched prices, very Kool. Good variety. Good location.

Awesome place!!! Recommend everyone to go here! Check out Kerbi, she's super helpful upbeat woman, super helpful and nice. Love the owner, she's always very nice, never see her anymore but she's a busy woman now, opened this location approximately 6-8 years ago. Now has 3 or 4 locations opened in the Plano, Carllelton, Rowlett, and 1 more I can't remember, but hey remember to check them out, best prices around hands down, was taking quality products from them, so proud of where they've come from to where they are now, packed shelves stay packed, I remember when she first opened up, 1st location didn't even have 1/4, of what she has now, thank you Kerbi!!

They have always been honest with me about what they think is good or not. Great place and staff, and I have always had a great experience here. The best place to go in the rowlett area for anything smoke, vape or hookah related. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great prices. They always have the newest stock and every time I go In I find myself learning a little more about items I didn’t even know about.
