It was fine. The lady who waited on us sounded like an infomercial... she was helpful and answered any question we had. Much better experience then the first time i went in.

Walked in and the lady at the counter was on her phone. Seemed like we were bothering her. Literally did not even end her call and kept her airpods in. I bought a vape that doesn't work and they have "All sales final" on the receipt. Went somewhere else and bought one that actually works.

Customer service is great.. they follow social distancing.. but they are always out of the items I prefer.. they need to restock well before they run out.. other than that I frequent this smoke shop.

Went in for several items totaling around $200. i started with the EGo-Twist, a popular e-cig battery. When I asked about the price I was yelled at by a larger employee, both tall and wide, who was offended and kicked me out for asking to bargain. I also was there to purchase several other items but didn't even get the chance to ask since I was "shooed out" by the one employee who never asked if I needed help finding anything.
This instance happened during the afternoon shift 5/8/18
UNT's community will not be going back until that employee treats customers with respect or is terminated.

I went in looking for a nice glass piece to smoke with and the lady was completely rude and condescending in an almost threatening manner. I left immediately of coarse letting her know that I would be happy to take my business elsewhere. I was shaking when I left and had to take a minute to calm down in the truck before driving. I didn’t say anything at all out of the way to this person and couldn’t believe the way she barked at me as if I were a misbehaving child. I drove over to the wild side where I had a fantastic experience spent over 3 Ben’s and was at the very least treated with dignity and not yelled at. Thanks wild side. As far as stinky’s, in my opinion my experience stunk like the south end of a north bound mule.👎🏻

I loved my experience with stinkys. The shop seems new not very full but still have a lot of product. The staff was very friendly and informative about the products they sell. They don't make you feel stupid if you wanna know what something is juast ask they are very happy to educate you on anything just be cautious about the bong word and dont say incriminating things just like anyother head shop or you will get kicked out like any other shop
