Great place! The staff always seem like they are trying their hardest to keep the customer happy. I have been in the store when some bad transactions have happened but in every scenario it was the customer aggravating the situation, and the employee doing their jobs, mostly just people hearing something they don’t want to hear. Very helpful staff too, quickly took care of all questions I had. They also don’t do refunds which for some reason angers a lot of people, but I for one understand that in that business taking returns can be very risky, I honestly don’t understand the hate for this. Anyway 10/10 would buy from here again!

I wish I got the name of the girl who helped me so I could give her a real shout out but I had a great time picking out a new piece at this location. The girl behind the counter show me multiple different pieces, totally understood my reservations and was never pushy or felt like she was ready for me to leave. I understand I ask a lot of questions so I can be a lot as a consumer but this girl really rocked the show! Thanks y'all, I'll be back soon :)

Nothing special in the store. A wall of pipes that all look the same. You can literally go to any other headshop in Denton and find better prices with better glass. Underwhelmed is an understatement. You can know their entire inventory after a quick glance. Do yourself a favor and check the other places nearby before you settle.

Great service, they had a piece I had looked for in at least 5 shops in 4 states and they had it in stock and it was the exact color I needed. But the real icing on the cake is the great customer service. Real friendly guy.

I would give him five stars great customer service but I only seems that they don't have much in a hardware. For example three separate occasions I've tried to get a new down stem and had to get something I really was just okay with

Maybe I went in when the b team employees were working, but I had a bad experience. Walked in knowing what I wanted, and the Mac miller wannabe behind the counter kept trying hard sell me on a more expensive product even though I already told him I was good. I was ready to check out and there was only one other person in the store who by the way Mac miller was arguing with about how to calibrate the scales or something, but the moody chick behind the register was too busy playing angry birds, or something to check me out. So I looked around for a minute giving the dynamic duo to pull their heads out of the dirt and they said they were ready by the time I was walking out the door to take my business elsewhere. Went to zebra’s head and had a wonderful experience it was even a bit less expensive. I would hold off on shopping here for a bit and give the management a chance to clear out the bad weeds. I went in at around 8:00pm on 4/19/18
