Kure CBD & Vape

Unfortunately, my favorite juice is sold at this shop. It's just a place I'd rather not go, Each and every time I go in, they respond to me as though I'm an annoyance and irritated by having to help me. I finally said enough is enough and went to an online supplier with a juice that I actually like better, less expensive, where I don't have to tolerate being treated like that.

Additionally, despite having purchased multiple units at this shop, they barely seem concerned when those product malfunction, giving me some ridiculous song and dance about why they cannot replace the device or refund my money. They literally will NOT go out of their way for you, period. If you have an issue and need thier help, mark my words, and be prepared to pressure them to help. Otherwise, they will not.

So, enough was finally enough. I'll not spend a single penny more at this place. I'm sure that young, still-adolescent millinials may be satisfied here, my opinion is that a pack of monkeys could do a better job running this shop.

Came here upon looking for a regular vape for me and my hubs(another vape shop recommended me, because they only had juice, not vapes). Told them I had a $100 to spend and they hooked me up with 2 bottles of the most popular juices and 2 vapes. Think I paid $95 and some change. Will was super awesome, we where hard on money and he completely understood, has GREAT customer service, knew what he was talking about (I'm new to the vapes, I've always got the pre-filled things from the gas station) and I asked a HELL of a lot of questions. He smiled the whole time, personable, the list goes on. Thinking this guy needs a raise!! Anyways went back after my hubs broke his glass, thinking it's going to cost a bit, nope, $3, again I was happy. That poor girl stood there and manually cleaned out his vape and put the new glass on and put the thing back together. Sorry this was long. The only negative thing I can say, is you can get most of this stuff cheaper online. But I'd totally do it again because I like to see what I'm buying and shown how to use it.

I love this place everyone greats me like a friend if I have a problem the solve it or will find a way to fix it. They have everything I need for my vape. Great store, and great people.

Great and friendly staff is always a must and at Madvapes Abilene, you get nothing but the best.

It's been 5 plus years since I stopped smoking cigarettes an stated vaping. I'm so very happy I switched. However buying supplies has been sorta a pain in th arse I live in brownwood so it jus gives me a reason to go to Abilene

-Terrible Service and Trash Juice-
Went in after hearing some radio hype. Customer Service was terrible, pushy and short. Got a strong feeling that they didn't care that I was there or didn't want me there at all. Bought a small bottle hoping the juice would at least be decent. It wasn't. It taste exactly how it looks. Like hot garbage. Generic cheap flavors and most of it is gunky coil cloggers. It's the same kind of stuff you find on those certain websites. If you have been vaping for a while, you know the ones I am talking about. I have been vaping for several years and this is some of the worst juice I have ever had. If you live in Abilene, go to Vaping Dragon or Stogies or just order online from reputable sellers. Just steer clear of this place!

Giving a 5 star review. My oldest son did a lot of bussiness here and just before he left for Navy Bootcamp I promised him In would not smoke ciggagetts and use hos Smock. I have been in twice since he left Dec 17th. I have had outstanding service and staff very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you very much. I will continue my service here.

The guy that took care of us was knowledgeable and helpful but he was kinda a joykill my underage son was with me and he was a little too stern with explanation of business dealings. Almost took business elsewhere. Not cool sorry

I live in Alaska and for whatever reason this store was sending me text messages to let me know they were open. I don’t vape and don’t care to, but even if I did, soliciting strangers via sms is such a sleazy way to get new customers.
