Helpful staff at long established industry name. It's great they have a brick and mortar location in Abilene with customer friendly hours. I have been a fan of mad vapes since they were doing mail order out of North Carolina!

I just started vaping, so im new to the whole deal. But these people were very helpful and informative. They were super nice too!! My little one didn't even want to leave because she wanted to hang out with the super nice lady there!!

I have had the same experience as some of the others on here. Only 1 guy ( probably the owner) has been helpful or knowledgeable. Other than that they seem annoyed and aggravated to help out a customer. Just want to watch t.v. and play on their phones. One guy is especially bad. Had no recommendations and just handed me a binder and then told me I had 5 minutes to choose a juice!?! There was no other customers to help out.. so being busy wasn't a factor. And when I wanted to try a 0 and nic it to 1 he gave me a song and dance about how they aren't supposed to do that...never had anyone tell me this. After spending probably $200 on my first visit and then treated like that after. I'm only making a return unless I'm in dire, dire straights. Online for me from now on.. better customer service by far!

first shop I walked into in Abilene, and glad I did. The person behind the counter helped me out with the product and the price. AMAZING selection of products, juices, and knowledge. ALSO a Smok authorized dealer. Nothing to complain about, and will be coming back.

Came to get juice on my lunch break from work. It's 11:15 am on a sunny Wednesday and shop is closed? Website says open. Called and no response. Nice.

This company has some of the greatest flavors I've vaped! Mind you, I'm very picky about the flavors I choose - and I've been vaping for 5+ years since I stopped smoking cigarettes. Likewise, the wonderful employee Laci, who is employed here at this company, that works the morning shift; was extremely insightful and helpful with her high quality of customer service. I've never spoken with ANYONE over-the-phone who was as detailed about vape flavor reccommendations, while upholding such a great sense of generosity all at the same time. An to top things off; instead of placing me on hold like a lot of retail sales associates usually do in a busy environment, she continued to stay on the phone with me ensuring I was taken care of while continuing to assist multiple customers, who walked in randomly, all at once. Give this woman a raise and a promotion, and put her in management please. She was amazing, and I greatly appreciated all her help. Keep her on your team for as long as possible! Blessings!

Enjoyed first visit. Only 1 person working but he was cool and took his time, helped me out while helping others too. Tried some premium juices in the testers and ended up buying the premium juice and anothet little goody too. We gotta help keep our local B&M's alive! Who else would i go to when i walk out of the house and leave my juice behind! #vapefam
