My "go-to!" Dogs are allowed (they even have dog treats). I'm typically in and out rather quickly. Complimentary candy. Rewards program. Great employees. Parking can be challenging during peak hours and if it is your first time visitingβbeware that the building sneaks up on you! Shared space with storage units so be sure not to park where it clearly states not to.

Shamefully I have to amend my comment! As with any place you do business every experience is different. But no matter what happens you expect the staff or employee to handle things in a respectful and tactful way. Cdc took a faithful customer that spent thousands in their store and in 5 mins turned me against ever stepping foot in there again. The guy checking us in, who waited on my son 3 and 4 times a month decided to look at him and ask for his ID, well... We know you have to have an ID, his wife and another friend we was turning on to the place was bringing his jeep with his ID in it they had just pulled up which is why we walked back in.. , my son told him that... The guy says, you'll have to get out of my store then! I'm standing right there, the guy with Clark Kent glasses, I'm not being Disrespectful he just refused his name and his glasses stand out on him so after we voice our displeasure over Clark Kents attitude we walk out and that was when the real genius showed up.... Wouldn't give his name other than he owned the place.. I assumed he is the manager but he's talking over me and not even to me but I'm still offended for Isaiah... The manager then calls us Liars out front, backing his employee when with just a little tact, he could have saved the business we bring. We didn't expect more than a I'm sorry man, he tries to make sure all the rules are followed.. No big deal, but instead we got disrespect and he looked at us like, really.. I think the look on his face is just his look but it sure went thru me! Especially when you expect a manager to find common ground and resolve the issue! You can bet all the people we turned on in our circle will be updated and encouraged to go elsewhere! If they will disrespect us who spend at least 200.00 a week they do the same to anyone spending less! Terrible place!

I loved this place. It was just down the road from my house, the staff was always friendly, the selection was good, and their prices were okay.
Today, I bought a cartridge on their recommendation, only to discover about an hour later that it was defective. I returned with my receipt to exchange the cartridge and was told that "because of Covid" they could not exchange or refund me.
I have been told repeatedly at multiple dispensaries to keep my receipt in the event of getting a defective cartridge to exchange them. As recently as last week, a dispensary in N. Portland reminded me when I purchased one.
There is no logical reason why Covid should prevent them from exchanging a defective product. Your inability to get your money back on it should not be passed to your customers.
My household have been regular customers for the last two years, but that ends today. I suggest if you want to support a local dispensary in the Tigard area, you patronize Juan and his crew at the Magic Castle. They know how to take care of their customers. Clearly, whoever is making policy decisions at the CDC dispensary, does not.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE DISPENSARY! Come here if you want to get great deals on flower (CBD, sativa, indica) from grams-ounces, shake, wax, disposables, and edibles they really do HAVE IT ALL. They may be small but its my one stop shop for anything I need. The biggest plus is the people there are THE FRIENDLIEST.
If you haven't gone in and at least chatted it up with them to check out stock I'd recommend it.

This is my go to store, make sure to pop in when they have specials which is usually the weekend, right now its Sunday Monday.

I'm this place is sketch. Definitely have some no code electrical hanging out and many hazards as you walk around and wait forever. I wouldn't have said anything but I went in knowing what I want and told them, which they made me wait until it was my turn, fair and then told me it's cash only at the register. Used the ATM which took a min maybe and then made me wait 5 minutes more until the next customer was done. Lame if you ask me. Oh and get a bag bc they make you "cover your purchase" when you leave. But oh well good thing there are too many to count.

The CDC is undoubtedly the overall the best dispensary that I have ever been to.
The whole staff is more than friendly, they become your friends. Friends that are very knowledgeable in anything cannabis related.
As for the product, I know that they have a huge selection of edible although I have only bought gummyβs here once.
They have a huge verity of cartridges and and batteries, cartridges ranging from $15 to top of the line prices.
There extract selection seems endless with both high and low quality product.
And I would have to rate there flower as top tier, A Grade, sticky icky, ooey gooey, kryptachronicunnalite, puff puff pass out type stuff and it does not cost 19.89 per gram, it is fair old school prices a g for $10.
They even carry CBD options.
I love THE CDC!!! Keep on keepin on:)

I went to the CDC for my first time yesterday. The gentleman at the front, Sam, was super personable and friendly. He got me checked in quickly and he asked me if I would like him to laminate my OMMP card. I found that to be incredibly thoughtful as I've been carrying the paper card around and I haven't had the opportunity to laminate it myself. Plus, I've visited several different shops and nobody has ever offered to help like that, so that experience alone was enough to make me a continued customer.
I went during their 5pm - 7pm happy hour for medical patients where they offer 20% off most product, I purchased 2 grams of their cheapest concentrate which was Golden OG BHO. I got a killer deal and walked out with 2 grams for only $48! There are seriously some amazing deals, and they have a loyalty program which is something that Nectar doesn't have.
However, once I got home and took a closer look, I was very concerned because the wax had a bad smell similar to rubber, or plastic, not the fruity smell I'm used to with wax. I smoked some anyway, but the taste was even worse than the smell, it was kind of like chewing on a burning car tire. I tried burning it on very low heat with the same results. It was absolutely terrible, I'm not sure if I can stress that enough. I am aware that this type of resulting smell/taste is usually caused during the wax manufacturing process, and I knew that The CDC has a no-returns policy typical of any other weed store, so I wasn't sure what to expect.
I called The CDC the next day to explain what was going on. My call was answered by Sam, he remembered me from before and was very empathetic and reassuring that he wanted to help make things right. He put me in touch with one of the managers, Antonio, who was actually the person who had helped me with my purchase the previous night. He explained that this is a very rare problem and encouraged me to bring the wax back in so they can swap it out. They recognized me and made my visit a very comfortable and hassle-free process. They gave me some other wax that is packaged differently and tastes amazing! I am super happy with how everything turned out and I can't recommend them enough!

By far my favorite dispensary. Zack, Isaac, Aren, and Peyton are awesome, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Prices are great, and Sunday Fundays are the best. There are two other shops that are closer to me, but I go out of my way to hit up the CDC. *Thank you for all your amazing service!*
