Used to be my go to chain of vape shops wherever I was but not anymore. Will tell you the product they sold you might not work at first you just have to follow those two steps. Then when product doesn’t work won’t exchange. I get no returns no refunds but if that’s the case you shouldn’t 1) sell a product that may not work and 2) shouldn’t tell customers what to do if it doesn’t work at first so that they’re not alarmed. And if a product is known to the company as not always working, that should be an exception to the rule.

They answer all my questions thoroughly and give me good advice and great tips when buying a product. They also provide great knowledge about the products and know how to set you up with great deals! Overall a very nice store with all of the pieces in sight. The employees are informative. My only complaint is that i bought a device that was close to 300 dollars and only lasted 6 months. Probably a defect but choose carefully what you buy.

I mean I've been shopping there for 5 plus years, I like the employees. The company itself though, sometimes sells you bad quality products, most notably, the disposable vapes. Sometimes a $20 vape burns out by the 4th drag. The employees are not at allowed to return or even trade for another. I've wasted over $100 with this company.

I would like to put a negative star for review. Never have I been talk to the way the girl in front and manager Talked to me. To be in a customer service career they sure don’t belong there. I bought a product opened it walking to my car it did not work. Walked straight back in and they said final sale, And that it’s very common for their vapes to be duds. I told her why sale a product and not tell customer that they need to try it first, why even sale it if you got a bad shipment of duds. I don’t see how people with such bad attitudes and sneaky agendas are allowed to keep their jobs. To sale product knowing they have a high chance of not working and pushing them out the door so sale can be final is Unacceptable.

Always enjoy going here. The staff has definitely improved over the past couple years as well as the selection. Beware of the return policy, or lack there of. You buy it, you're stuck with it. So ensure what you're buying is the right product you need.

Love this Place and all the guys that work there! I go in about once a week. The guys are always real sweet and helpful. They have a great variety of products from pipes, kratom, and liquid for the electronic cigarettes. They also have wraps and in-scents.
