OK so you have to have an ID and both parties have to have an ID when purchasing something at this place what the hell is up with that and staff seem very uptight super nervousness I don’t know what the deal is with this place something didn’t seem right

Me and my fiance went in to get new vapes and I got the one I have been wanting for awhile. We where told that it should have some charge so after we left the store(not even 10mins later) we put it on charge and put juice in it. I gave it a few mins to charge before I turned it on, well when I tried to turn it on we got a message "battery error" multiple times. My fiance called the store and they said they couldn't do anything for us because I had put juice in the tank. We got lucky to find a shop in the area that would replace it for us and honor the warranty that we had.

I was having a horrible day and broke my bowl so I stopped in to get a new one. Sam helped me with everything and answered all my questions, I ended up leaving with more than a bowl lol The staff here is fantastic! Sam, Taylor, and Rylan all deserve raises!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Depending on what you purchase, they have really fair prices. Is certainly recommend them too anyone in the area. The huge High Life on Patton And in Asheville is way bigger, but that's to be expected.
