knowledgeable. He is really awesome. I apreciated his patience as well. I asked him alot of questions too and he was so polite and kind with explaining everything to me.. It was so much to choose from and I felt a bit overwhelmed and Cole did an excellent job with listening to my needs and provided me with the best solution. Overall bad business and bad customer service. Have been going here for a couple months but more recently they sold me $60 of absolute junk after recommending it to me. I wanted to return it obviously and get my money back but (receipt in hand) they told me they were unable to refund anything to me and that there wasn’t any store credit I could receive.
Response: Yes it absolutely is the right store. This transaction took place about a week ago. I was told there was no in house warranty and that I had to outsource to the company that makes the product. I was fed some lies about how corona prohibits them from taking returns while the girl working tried to sell me another device for more money. After going to this store for a while you realize they just want to upsell upsell upsell and could care less if your happy with the product or if it breaks when you walk out.
