The good, the bad, then the ugly.

Most Products are authentic and quality and the location is good if the owners get to know you they may give some deals.

Bad news they charge at least 25% more than other stores for most things. Some items are things bought on Amazon for cheap, i.e dab tools. Their Hyde vapes are priced 40% over MSRP.
The ugly. The employees get trained for people calling them out on things like this and there’s always some cover about shipping or authenticity.
I dealt with these issues for years due to the convenience factor but stopped going a few months back when I was blatantly over charged while on an important phone call and when I when right back in to confront the situation I was told I was SOL and that I should have known to ask for a discount.

They were very accommodating and extremely polite. The people at their other store are great as well. They did me a huge favor holding an item until I arrived in town. I found their store to be very high end and there are lots of super impressive products that I will return to purchase. I was shocked at their reasonable price points!

I’m kinda old school and I’m just learning about a lot of the new things out there and they took the time to explain things. I fully recommend them and I’m very happy with my experience. Also, I can say they are popular because I saw they have lots of customers and they are in a nice shopping center. Very clean and new.

Terrible customer service pt.2. I had to go threw the exotic soda company to get free sodas. The day I brought to your attention you guys didn’t offer me anything. The employee jus looked at the bottle and said that’s not cool and the proceeded to blame the company you get them from. I should of been Compensated the day I came back but instead I spent a week going back and forth. If I would of never went to the company you would of never givin me anything. You sell sodas past due date that is just facts. The reason for a due date is because you lose flavor and carbonation. Why would I spend 20$ on a soda and it be less flavorful when y’all could simply stock sodas in date. Also saying I was rude. How was I rude ? I said maybe 4 sentences to you guys. None of witch where rude. Just a terrible place ran by someone who doesn’t know anything about customer service. Not to mention I bought a bag of chips from there and they where literally opened.

Love the staff! They are all incredibly knowledgeable and have a great selection of Delta 8 and kratom. Their vape juice is really good too. Lowest prices in town. Highly recommend checking it out. I drive 30 minutes just to go here since they have unbeatable prices. Great rewards program and such friendly employees. 👍🏻

I’ve recently moved here from out of state and started going to Vapor recently for all my vape needs. I recently had a special request, and rather than simply selling me what was most expensive, both the owner and staff worked with me over a few weeks to address every concern and explore each avenue without breaking the bank. I eventually purchased the big one, not because they recommended it, but because I came to the conclusion that I wanted it. Their staff have been so helpful and patient and the owner is quick to help out both in person and even over the phone on his weekend. They’ve earned a customer for life, that’s for sure, and I hope my experience with them compels you to check out their great atmosphere and products!

I get my nicotine disposables here and it is my absolute favorite smoke shop I’ve been too. The people working there are so kind and will help you find exactly what you need. They also have a huge variety of disposables, for reasonable prices. Definitely check it out!

Very nice employees. Patient and willing to explain everything to you. My only gripe is that they are VERY expensive or I was overcharged. I purchased e juice that normally costs 14-16 dollars and a coil they normally runs for 4-6 dollars for 30 dollars total. So that means I was charged 20 for the juice and 10 for the coil. The person who rung me up didn’t give me an itemized receipt showing what I was charged. I used to shop there often but because of this I will not be returning. Prices are way too high

You have me confused with another person with that transaction. I did not purchase salt nic liquid. I do not want a discount and would have just been happy with you refunding me the difference of what I was overcharged.
