This place is amazing!! Easily one of the largest head shops on the east coast. They have a HUGE selection of pipes, incense, pipe cases, water pipes, bubblers, herb grinders, wrapping papers and even e-juice! Their pieces have a wide variety and the staff is super knowledgeable about their product. Also, they are really friendly and easy to talk to. It also helps they are right next to a Little Caesars. Lol ✌🏻

Friendly and very knowledgeable staff are available for any questions, but don't bother you if you just want to browse. They have the best selection of glass pipes around, and lots of other fun stuff. Don't be intimidated by the word "Gallery" - it's a great shop. Thanks for the great advice, Frank!

Great place, Great selection, Great service. Stopped by to get a new Gen3 R series vape was helped by Sara. Sara was very knowledgeable about the products that they carry in the store and was able to help me determine that the Gen3 was the best bang for the buck. So this is my new #1 go to for vape accessories. I purchased a pod for 17 dollars at UP N SMOKE and the guys at High life had the same one I could get 3 for less than what i paid. I strongly suggest stay away from UP M SMOKE and make it easy on yourself to just go to High Life. They have everything everyone else has plus more and at a dramatically lower price. If you see something for less somewhere else tell them and they will beat it.. Also they are all very knowledgeable in all there products..

Went here and needed a little help because I am not well versed in pipes. I was helped by a very friendly guy named Elliot who was extremely knowledgeable! After showing me a few pieces, I picked one out that I thought would be a perfect fit (and it was!). He recommended a case for it and I was so excited about my purchase I thought, well why not? We tried a couple but they were a bit of a tight fit. There was one that was kind of like a little crossbody that did fit and was a cute purple color. It wasn’t my first choice, but I thought it would be okay.
After getting home, it was brought to my attention that I would not be traveling with anything and that it was kind of a waste of money. I came back to return it, and was informed there was a strict no return policy. I definitely wasn’t informed of that, but obliged and asked if I could exchange or get store credit because I literally JUST BOUGHT IT. After waiting for a Sara to finish up with customers, I was told no exceptions. I even tried to just let them have it then to resell because it was brand new with tags and I honestly did not have any use for it and hate to have something just lying around. She lamented about how should would buy it if she had cash, but then took that comment right back when I asked if it could be arranged because I live close by. Honestly, a bit upset because I looked at the bajillion signs out in the front afterward and couldn’t find any that mentioned their return policy, nor was I informed when I purchased it. I understand why in general, but for a crossbody bag that wasn’t used and purchased two days ago, I just think it’s silly and the situation just wasn’t handled well. Hopefully I can sell it to someone else who can use it.
